This was without a doubt the worst salon experience of my life. I wanted to match my natural salt& pepper on top with the still brown hair underneath. After brief consultation with the colorist and a $75.00 down payment (which I have never even heard of), they allowed me to make an appointment and come back. When I came back for the 2+ hr appointment and went home I couldnt tell the difference except for the fact that my hair felt like straw. I had virgin hair at the time and had been growing it out for the past 12 years. I asked for my money back, they refused.They promised me a redo. I was skeptical. I had already spent almost $300 including tip. What could I do? The redo turned out to be even worse. Plus, they stuck me with a trainee. I couldnt tell when I left the salon, but soon discovered that my hair underneath was now pink & yellow. I have pictures to prove it. I asked for my money backagain they refused. I contacted the owner not only would he not look at the pictures I had, he actually accused me of going to a different salon where they ruined my hair and trying to get my money back from him. He has been in business 43 years and this is the way he treats a potential new client? I can only hope this review will cost him some business. I will tell anyone I meet not to go there.
