Good Morning,I placed an order for 3 slipcovers: Sofa, Chair, Ottoman at G. Home In ********* **.The original order was placed on September 22, 2022. I was told it would take **** weeks to receive. I contacted the person I placed my order with (******) on 1/29/23 inquiring the status. She said she would speak with *****. I heard nothing. I was not able to get the owner of G. Home to speak with me. She was not returning any of my calls. One of her employees (******) was so rude to me and finally gave me *****'s phone number. Funny enough, the number she gave me was the WRONG number. Of course, I contacted her and she said...she mistakenly gave me the wrong number. The next number she gave me said the mailbox was full...once the phone rang a number of times. I initially asked for the confirmation that the order was actually placed. No response. Of course, when I requested my money back, I received an instant response from ******, per ***** refused. 2/3 On 3/6, I reached out to **** regarding the issues. They said they would forward info to the sales rep. I received an email that day from ***************************:"Hello ******** - I am following up on the slipcovers and apologize for the delay in information to you. We did order the slip covers and they shipped early last week. However there was an error on our part and the ottoman cover was not correctly placed. That is placed and will be completed and shipped shortly. We will have the slipcovers delivered to you. What address would you like these delivered to you?Thank you,*****"On 3/28, I received the slipcovers for the couch and the chair. I reached out on 4/27, 5/4. I received an email back on 5/4 from ***** indicating that it was about to ship. I reached out 5/27. No response. On 6/12 I reached out again. Said I wanted my money back. She responded. She said fabric was cut and would ship 6/26. On 6/12, she said "so you don't want the ottoman cover?" I said no. I have heard nothing since.
