            There is a charge for $300.00 on my account for self care. There had never been any mention of a charge pther than the others listed, so I called them for an explanation of what the charge is for. I left repeated messages over the course of over 3 weeks and have not been contacted yet. I would like an explanation of the charge and why I was nover informed that there would be one. I was also told that I would be using a special treadmill during my physical therapy. When I asked about it, the therapist told me it was too much work to set it up. There was also supposed to be ongoing sessions with a nutritionist. There was no nutritionist until my last visit and then she only saw me for 15 minutes and told me that my time was up.This bait and switch tactic should not be allowed to continue.

            i received shots and gel from the ******** office they were wonderful.. my problem is trying to get my bill resloved.. i paid ahead and paid each time i go shots my copay and each time i paid for the gel shots as i received them.. the problem is one bill was sent as 150 days pass due and i have never even received a bill before that . i also do not see all of my payments that i made . really not sure of the accounting practice they use but you can not follow your money. i have called more than several times and left messages and contact information and no one ever answers or calls back ... i have asked the office in ******** ** but apparently they do not answer them either. i have just written a letter and sent to the wi office where the bill came from to get a resolution . i need to know before i pay more on this bill... also i was told my pt was no charge and no copay but they are charging that also. i just need answers please answer your phone to your customers.
