Regarding patio work completed June 18, 2021. The sealant finish has washed away in a large portion of the work area exposing the antiquing finish to the elements which in turn has also washed away exposing bare concrete. This is not exclusive to one area but spans the entire project area. Center Construction has a one year warrantee that they refuse to honor. *******************, the owner of Center Construction, refuses to remedy the situation and is aggressively denying assistance in resolving the situation. Multiple attempts have been made to contact **************** by email. He emailed me "Your on your own." The experts that have provided repairs have provided me with the evidence necessary to achieve a positive outcome in my favor if I have to file a law suit. I have already provided ************* with this assessment. So the entire grading of the project was not correct. Water should have been able to drain from the back of the garage to the side of the garage and than out onto the driveway. Instead, ***** leveled it so that all the water on the back of the garage has no way to exit other than the drain. When the drain freezes, the water is trapped on the patio forming a thick layer of ice that destroyed the finish. The rear gutter on the garage also freezes solid as a result and the gutter backing up with ice. The water that accumulates on the side of the garage also has no where to go and turns into an ice sheet destroying the finish also. Your design caused the premature failure. So the only reel way to fix this is to completely remove all the concrete and start over otherwise it will happen again and again every year. If ************* wants to pay the cost to fix the current problem now I will not go the rout of a complete demolition and he will only pay the cost of the immediate repair. It cost me $1907.21 to remedy the work until another winter destroys the finish again. Repairs: Wash and antique existing stamped patio. Reseal/Rejuvenate all stamped patio concrete.Customer response

It cost me $1907.21 to remedy the work just for now, until another winter destroys the finish again. Baring complete demolition/replacement of the slabs this will unfortunately occur again and again forever.
What was done: Wash and antique existing stamped patio. Reseal/Rejuvenate all stamped patio concrete. Mileage fee. If I have to file in court, I will *** them for the entire project cost. (Everything I paid) They are ignoring my request for payment and therefore they have not been provided with, and I assume they waived the right to see, the invoice for these repairs.
If they ignore me entirely, a lawsuit will be filed at the Rock County Courthouse. They need to immediately pay the $1907.21 promptly in the form of a cashiers check. This matter will then be resolved.Business response

he has been harassing me for 8 months. I initially told him I would fix the problem then he started calling me everyday certified letter every week

Just found this email. Don't tell me it is closed. The contractor never offered to fix anything. It cost me thousands to fix his work. I guess I have to *** him. Do not close this case I am still in the 10 day window. He is arrogant and ignorant and said vulgar things to me. Nothing is resolved. Please advise.Thank YouRegards,
