Ryan was great to work with and so was his crew. He did a fantastic job our building our deck and was prompt with communication and keeping me updated on how things were going. They did a perfect job cleaning up the work site as well, no nails, screws or scraps of material left anywhere, so the yard was ready for kids and dog to be back out playing right away. I would definitely recommend RC. Construction.

We have hired Ryan for three big projects since we moved into our home two years ago and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Ryan communicates promptly and honestly. He is thorough in the options he provides for your project and always open to discuss how things are going along the way. While doing a complete bathroom remodel for us, we ran into a significant setback (mold) but he was completely unfazed and worked with us to find really good local crews to remediate it. Supply issues caused a delay in our large deck rebuild and he kept us informed every step of the way. When things would have totally stressed me out, he keeps a positive attitude. Our bathroom, kitchen and two decks are beautiful! We have gotten many compliments! RC Construction has been a delight to work with. Ryan clearly has a vast knowledge, and values quality over quantity. In short, he’s going to treat your project as if it were his own home. He did a great job talking through options, explaining financial impacts and helping guide us to a solution that worked for our space and fit within our budget. Most impressive was his on-site demeanor. Not only did he choose music appropriate for the whole family (we have young kids and he was working in a main living space), but he also included the kids in some of the demo work; giving them a chance to swing a hammer into the drywall he was removing. Whether you’re looking to repurpose a vacant elevator shaft like us, or you have a different project you need a skilled professional for, Ryan is well worth a call. Very pleased with Ryan and the work he did for me. It was done promptly. He explained the process and cleared everything with me prior to beginning the job. The job looks great ! He was mindful of my property and cleaned-up after the work was done. The cost was quite reasonable. Ryan is very personable and I was comfortable with him working in my home. We are very pleased with RC Construction. The main job of repairing a sheet rock job that was very poorly done previously was well done by Ryan. He was very clear in explaining what it all entailed. Every day he worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself. And it is now done correctly and looks great! We did add on several small jobs that he agreed very willingly to do. He did run into a couple of problems that he solved and continued on. We are extremely happy with the completion of each of the tasks. Communication with Ryan was extremely open and he was detailed in explaining what he was doing. This included his billing statement at the end. His honesty and work ethic went beyond today’s standards. We would not hesitate to hire Ryan again and would highly recommend him to anyone.RC Construction, LLC Response

I had RC Construction come to bid a bathroom remodeling for me. After having been quoted between 12k to 18k without solving my main issue by another company I was very pleased with the quote Ryan gave. While the quote did go up slightly because of a plumbing issue caused by the previous owners DYI project skills, Ryan was open about what the issue was and why it needed to be changed. Ryan worked with our schedules, came in, and did great work. The bathroom was always cleaned up at the end of the day, and he provided excellent communication on time lines and next steps. I always knew what to expect, and his time estimates were pretty much spot on. I'd highly recommend the company, for its quality work at an appropriate price.RC Construction, LLC Response

I would not recommend this company. They are greedy, shady, over charges (my opinion), and he measured my special order patio door incorrectly. Ryan came and gave me a quote to install my patio door. Quote seemed a bit high but was my choice to go with him. He asked for my down payment of $1500 to pre-order the patio door as that was what he estimated cost to be. In hindsight, if I had known what was about to happen. When I found out where he ordered the door, I requested the receipt for the door as the store he used offered rebates (my rebate would be about $140) and it was my money that paid for the door. After about a month of several emails back and forth asking for my rebate and their replies had nothing to do with the rebate that I had requested, Ryan called me (the door had come in at the store) he began by rudely stating that he would absolutely not be giving me my rebate. Things went from bad to worse from there. I ended up speaking to his wife (she does the financial end of things) and we agreed to part ways. She would still not give me my rebate either and went on to explain how they keep all rebates. Do they have that right since the customer paid for the door? How is that fair as you are then essentially paying them more than they quoted. It was never mentioned in the quote they gave me that they keep all rebates not to mention the quote was not itemized. In the end, I never agreed that they could keep my rebate. I was also dumb enough to agree to pay them for the time it took Ryan to give me the quote (about half hour tops) since they didn't complete the project, but that they ordered the door. I never heard of any company charging a person for giving a quote. So in the end, they lost just over $1000 had they installed the door over a $140 rebate and now a negative review. I still don't get my rebate. Lesson learned the hard way. Just be aware.
