We are reaching out regarding our timeshare ownership with Little Sweden. We have gone back and forth with them for months/years regarding our ownership difficulties, but they have failed to provide us with a reasonable solution. They tell us that the only thing to do is sell it, but because we own a Flex week, they state that selling it is a hard thing to do. They will not take it back or repurchase it from us, though we have brought many issues to their attention as to why we no longer desire to be owners with their company. They made it seem as though selling it would not be an issue when we purchased it, but now for some reason, they are telling us it isn't easy to do.The way we see it, they would have much better luck selling this than we will, so our question is, why do they not just take this back over and add it back to their inventory to sell to someone else at one of their hours-long presentations. We are tired of going back and forth and getting nowhere with them. The last time we communicated with them directly, they issued the same denial to our request. We feel that they are sending us the same response because they do not want to help us and think sending us the same answer will shut us up. We need help getting in contact with a supervisor at Little Sweden who can help us resolve our issues. We do not want to speak with someone who will tell us to sell it. We have tried to sell it and failed, so the only option left is for them to release us and take this back. We have even tried giving it away to no avail.
