      December of 2022, Mr. ********************** Accepted my Boat with a ALREADY *NSTALLED ******************** and Controls , *********** rep " CONF*RMED UPON THOROUGH *NSPECT*ON " the process of R*GG*NG the subject Verado *********************** to the Computer Requires Special Mercury Software ,They've got every Bit of Equipment and the Skills to get the job done Professionally further Stating Many Many Hundreds of Boats / Motors been Successfully Rigged ******************************** *t's the Winter season. We can get the 5 -6 Hour R*GG*NG PROCESS Finished in a Extremely Short Period of Time , Next the Rep * * went into the Office to Sign the " Contractual R*GG*NG Agreement " and Proceeded to disconnected the Boat / Motor , Put the boxes of controls in a specified secure area. And * was out the Door. Days Later the Lying *****, February 2023, they claimed they needed to have the Work Prepaid , They demanded $ 500 for 5 to 6 hours of work , Promising, they will begin the Rigging as soon as my *** " *MMED*ATE " Credit Card payment was Made , Staff consistently L*ED for additional 7 months , Here we are Today Beyond the first week of September ***************************** their Possession with the *** PA*D R*GG*NG Since Feburary and they Did " NO CONTRACTALLY WR*TTEN R*GG*NG " , We're approaching a YEAR and STAFF CONT*NUES TO BLATANTLY L*E , Mr. ********************** Continues to SCAM AND L*E to myself and Numerous other Parties on a Consistent Basis !!! Others have Experience the same SCAMS * Have , ***** Boys and Girls are " Professional Scammers " Watch Out !!!!****************.....

      Here is the email that was sent to the customer on June 21, 2023

      The boat and engine came to us in shambles with the rigging components in a box.  The rest of the boat was missing many components to make the boat seaworthy. 

      This project is outside of our normal scope of business, it was brought to us with the intention to simply rig the engine; but nothing is coming together as it should and you are not willing to listen to the advice of our Service Manager.  It is our best interest to move away from this project for that reason. 

      As stated, we will no longer be working on your boat.  We will give you your $500 deposit back and not charge you for the hours we have put into this project thus far.

      Please provide an address you would like the $500 deposit returned to.  

      For safety measures we did not put the boat outside but kept in in our secure area.  Customer never contacted us concerning this email. 

      Here is the email we sent Aug 10, 2023

      Please pick up your boat.  

      If your boat is still here September 1st we will start charging you a storage fee.

      As of this writing customer has not picked up boat.   And will be charged monthly until boat is picked up by customer.

      We have informed the customer multiple times we will not be working on his engine.

      We have infomred the customer multiple times to pick up his boat.

      We have offered to deliver the boat to his business in *********** or to his home in ***********.

      We have offered to refund his down payment.  Not charging the hours our service department spent looking at and diagnosing the issues; which customer did not want us to fix.

      We sent customer an email informing him we will be charging *********** effective September 1st, 2023.  The storage fee is $50 per month.

      Customer needs to pick up boat/engine.
