Our business purchases 10 triggers from Huber Concepts on 07/19/2022. We paid ****** on our first invoice and ******** on our second invoice. Our buisness builds custom rifles. We used Mr. ********************'s triggers and noticed a stacking issue immediately. This stacking issue posses a saftey concern and is dangerous. We asked Mr. ******************** to fix these issues and have allowed him 9 months to correct his flaw. We sent back the triggers multiple times and he had claimed to fix the issue but has not. We can not in good faith sale a product that could potentially injure a client or pose harm. This is a very serious and dangerous issue. We have sent Mr. ******************** multiple videos showing him the issues with his triggers and will not take accountability. We asked him for a full refund on April 18th via email and he will not issue a refund. These triggers were never usable and his product has a serious issue. We believe Mr. ******************** knows this information to be correct and is why he states no refunds or returns on his website. This is frauding multiple business of time money, not to mention a possible injury or harm to a client. We would like a full complete refund or we will move forward in civil court.

All Triggers are shipped with documentation with traceable metrics & Standards, technical data, installation instructions and warranty terms and conditions.Originally, a trigger was sent to 3rd Party for an evaluation. ******* had been inadvertently switched with different safetied trigger.  Sent on to *****, where safety issue was corrected. No other issue was mentioned.
second trigger for conparison evaluation of shoe variant was sent for evaluation, no followup was recieved.  Subsequent purchase of 5 triggers.  The issue of "stacking" apeared at installation.  The triggers returned to check function, recharted, finding no change in functon.  My test device is a ****** computerized system showing functions in time, distance, and pressures to3 place decimal, repeatable and printable. ***** testing with unqualified ***** gauge.  In time, I Communicated with *************** at ******* (RimX rcvr). trigger well displacement, a fitting condition within *****" - *****" MMC tolerancing.  Huber uses a Remington receiver in tuning, and no other owners of ***** triggers has had any fitting concerns.  Opportunity to remedy the situation not afforded. Correction in dimension of fitting procedure trigger to receiver is simple.  The misinterpretation of fact or function does not raise the issue to a level of reversal of the sale.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Mr. ******************** openly admits his trigger has a fitment issue and ask us to modify his product to fit. He is asking us to assume liability of this alteration and give a potentially unsafe firearm to our clients.

Per Mr. ********************'s policy, it even states he will not accept modifications.  His request we believe is a direct way to scam and defaud our company. As quoted from his website "WARRANTY: Huber Concepts Triggers are warranted against defect in design, manufacturing and materials to
the original purchaser for One (1) year. No warranty against misuse, abuse, deliberate tampering, unauthorized
alterations and other circumstances beyond our control."

Our original purchase of 5 triggers and 1 prior all where returned by various clients. Our company had to replace this faulty product. We have tested throughly with various other action manufacturers, video recording each one with the same saftey issue. It's unfortunate Mr. ******************** relies on a 4k$ trigger tool to assure him that his triggers are without fault when a 30$ tool, multiple client complaints and the expirence of many well "calibrated" trigger fingers all came to the conclusion that ******************** Concept Triggers that we received have fault and major saftey concern for operation.

***************************** has many complaints on various social media platforms of his unprofessionalism and his products as well as our recorded attempts with reasoning with Mr. ******************** to come to a reasonable agreement.  As emphasis, ************************* and its members have tried since 10/20/2022 with many emails and phone calls stating a faulty product. We have yet to receive a product that will not jeapordize the saftey of our clients in the rifles we build.

As requested, we demand a refund for the faulty products that where sent to **********. We will seek legal actions on every level if Huber Concepts refuses.

      Regards,

He has not read the document 4-pageinstall ******.doc, that accompanies every HUBER Concepts Remington Model 700 Trigger.  HUBER has a ******* channel episode for installing the Remington700 trigger. Everything about the HUBER Concepts Trigger is UP FRONT.  It covers our Intellectual Property (U.S.Patents), Technical information of Form & Function, including the mathematics , Testing, Calibration, Design.  It has qualified fit to other actions on the Remington 700 pattern.  Also covered: Warranty, Installation, Safety & safeties, Disclaimers, Form & Function Check.  He has negated warranty: Free of Defects upon manufacture; by adjusting setsrews, other questions remain on installation procedure. Some triggers were returned and examined to meet ****************** and our documented Form chart.  Denied my terms & conditions expessed with trigger.  He has done conversion/comparison to other brands and perceptions.
Chronology/ history of acquisition/purchase is incorrect and.  No other customer/responses or feedback has been received in the negative by me; only, Amazing, I love it."  And statements about social media is BULLYING.  ***** may build good rifles, but he takes no responsibility in his actions, is a "Trigger Snob" to try reinvent my trigger to function like *********** or ******.  A note to 1st Trigger, through third party(X).

      In good faith

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Mr. ********************, again, fails to take responsibility for his triggers. We have no intentions of comparing his triggers to other brands we currently use because those triggers actually work. I don't seem to understand why Mr. ******************** thinks it okay for me to spend hours tweeking and fixing his own triggers to try and make them work. I have never had to fix or do anything to any of the other trigger manufacturers I currently use, I simply install the trigger and have no problems. Mr. ******************** would like me to fix his own flawed design and pass his triggers off as exceptable to my clients, which I will not. He also fails to realize his triggers are a danger and/or potential hazard to my clients and his own. It's obvious to me that Mr. ******************** is not going to do the right thing and issue a refund, as stated in all of my prior requests. From here we will pursue this matter in civil court.

      Regards,
