      ******* misdiagnosed my dryer that wasn't working properly. Because of the misdiagnosis, they installed parts that the dryer did not need and expect me to pay for them. They are also charging me for the diagnosis that was incorrect.

      The consumer has only paid for our trip and diagnosis charge of $115+tax on 6/7.   She Authorized and ok'd the 2 parts of timer, thermostat, and thorough cleaning of unit for $413.95 +tax.   We installed on 6/24/22 and returned on 7/19 to install another timer and charged the consumer $75 Labor only.   On 8/4 we made another trip Free of charge and also noticed the outlet was wired wrong which the consumer did on their own which is THEIR FAULT.   She knew once parts installed cannot return and knew we cleaned unit completely since over 20 years old used in a business!   We have Credited her the last $75+ tax and already lost 2 trip charges so only owes us for 2 parts and the cleaning of $436.72 which is PAST DUE!   She never should have moved forward fixing dryer of this age which we recommended and she authorized all service repairs.   The Timer did check faulty so YES she needed these 2 parts!!   Customers cannot decide after the fact they dont have to pay their bills and we have already lost money on trip charges.  ******* in good faith helped her with a Credit and Owes $436.72.   Contact me with any questions.   ****************************;

      So I bought a fridge from them, it was a scratch and dent fridge or used one at the end of 2019. We have been buying appliances there for about 3 years now. The Sat in our garage for 3 months before even using it, sealed taped up, not being used. Told them i was putting it in an apartment, to let them know that only 3 of the month's warrantee was used from sitting in my garage and still had 9 months left on it. I told them it was going into ************************. They said ok thank you for letting us know like they always have done. Then something went wrong with it, think it was a control board, so they sent a tech out $96.00 service call each mind you. plus parts every time. Then something happened again with it, think this time was a temperature board. Mind you this is their fridge that I had bought, said it works. Then all these things happened. I asked for a replacement, or $460 credit, we already had 4 service calls at $96.00 each. $384.00 total for a $460 fridge that didn't work.

      The Unit was purchased 11/26/19 and it has 1 Year Warrranty.  GE Top Mount refrigerator GTS17DTNRWW paid $479 and was a Blem NEW Unit.   We did NO CHARGE service 9/18/20 and 12/7/20, but had to educate the tenant about putting more than bottles of water to maintain the temps.   The last service call was 9/14/21 and total **** with part, trip, and labor $232.10 which has not been paid yet.  He decided to call on Friday evening 9/24/21 and used VULGAR language to my service manager/owner and demanding new unit.  We have taken care of this customer and his tenants and do not need to be sworn at and demanding when this unit is almost 2 years old!!  He is welcome to contact GE customer service, but we have done everything on our end and he must talk to his tenant.  We are not in business to give FREE and refund 2 year old units.  Sitting in storage we also dont know what happen to this unit and always worked to resolve issue.  Thank you
