      Right Choice Improvements performed Roof Repair on my house on 10/25/22. The shingles are completely misaligned and the whole repair looks horrible. When I contacted Right Choice Improvements "Project Manager" about this he agreed that it looked really bad, but then came back and said that since Right Choice Improvements sent out a Sub-Contractor to perform the repair, Right Choice Improvements are not responsible. It was Right Choice Improvements "Project Manager" that came out to do the estimate and take measurements and signed the proposal, which is attached. Right Choice Improvements "Project Manager" provided the estimate to me and my insurance company and negotiated with my insurance adjuster on the price, quote is attached as well. All "official" communications were with the Right Choice Improvements "Project Manager". I reached out to the Right Choice Improvements Sub-Contractor that did the work, but they did not respond to any of my communications.

      This roof repair was not the work of Right Choice Improvements. There was a miscommunication between a project manager and the customer, but we had his best intentions through it.  The problem is now resolved and we are going to help this homeowner fix his roof repair that was done by another contractor for which we had no contract or payment to do any of the work.  We are going to do it for free for him and we apologized for the miscommunication and the bad referral.  We referred this project to another contractor because at the time we did not have the time or resources to complete the project.

           It saddens us very much your experience with Right Choice Improvements has been less then stellar.  We acknowledge and apologize as stated in the past for the issues with the paint and troublesome leak in the front of the house that required a couple visits to fix correctly.  I believe there has been monetary discounts given and resolution well over 8-9 years ago.  Your workmanship warranty has been expired as this project is approaching **************************************************************************************** the closet, we still came out and repaired the leak and replaced the wet drywall promptly as we were made aware of it.  You are correct, I was out of town two weeks ago when you made us aware of the new issue, but as stated on the phone i would handle it when returned and we did.

      I understand how frustrating this experience must have been with this recent issue but to make claims we "shook hands" agreeing to installing a new roof is preposterous.  Also the accusation stating we did not fulfill the contract by completing work that was agreed to amongst other things accused, they are just not the truth and not the way to handle a issue. Once again very sorry for the experience you had with our company, this is certainly not the norm but as displayed recently we go above and beyond to take care of our customers even if something is out of warranty or not entirely a result of our workmanship. Wish you the best.

      [Of course you shook my husbands hand only a couple months after the roof was installed - why would we lie. The saleman said that metal roofs last longer than conventional roofs but roof started leaking right away.  Your own workers would comment on what a terrible job was done on the roof until we told them that "you guys did it".  Metal roof should not have been leaking on this many occasions even if it were 15 years.  Sad that we trusted your company and have had problems with the roof ever since.  Just want other consumers to beware of your company.
