I purchased a vehicle w this dealer 8/14/2023. Upon receiving the vehicle it had a damaged rear view mirror. They promised in writing multiple times to fix the mirror by sending to a local dealer. After many weeks and no response they sent me the mirror in the mail. They have not responded to my requests for having a service provider pay to install. Second, I cancelled a service contract October 1, 2023. Several weeks ago the insurance company sent the dealer the $2,999 check to send to the credit union to credit my account. I have attempted multiple times in writing and phone calls to confirm they have sent the money to the credit union. I have confirmed as of today the credit union has not received the funds. The dealership will not return my calls and continues to withhold the funds. I am paying interest on the funding and cannot restructure the loan until the dealer completes their responsibility. They have been unresponsive to me and the *************Business response

The mirror was on backorder and we were in regular communication with ***** about the delay. When we did finally receive the mirror, we mailed it out to ***** right away, along with a $100 **** gift card for her inconvenience. ***** did cancel her warranty, but it was cancelled on 10/16/2023, not 10/1/2023. As of 11/16/2023, we still have not received the refund from the warranty company. As soon as we receive the check from the warranty company, we will issue a refund to the credit union. This has been explained to ***** several times by our staff and also by a representative from the warranty company. ***** is sometimes calling us multiple times a day about this, even though we have kept her informed of the status throughout the process.Initial Complaint

I purchased a 2013 jeep wrangler on April 1st, 2023. There were issues from the start that werent fixed because they said there wasnt anything wrong when there clearly was. What got me the most was when we asked TWICE if it had been in an accident and the salesman said no. Come to find out the car fax says otherwise. Once you sign the line they turn you away. Very disappointed in this dealershipBusiness response

After the vehicle was purchased, you expressed concern over a few issues. We addressed these concerns as soon as you were available to bring the vehicle back to us. We replaced the door seals, as you said they were leaking. We also checked the heater operation and found that it was working fine. We also looked at the radio and found that it is bluetooth ready, just as we advertised.
As far as the history of the vehicle - we clearly post vehicle history reports on our website for every vehicle we have for sale. If asked about a vehicle history while in our store, we will pull up the history report and show it to you, we won't just respond as to what the history was. We feel it's better to have people interpret the reports themselves, in order to make informed decisions. We are fully transparent when it comes to all aspects of all the vehicles we sell.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The heat in fact does not work when it is cold outside. It took 45 minutes for it to blow enough hot air to heat the inside. They say Bluetooth was ready it just needed to be wired, however there is Bluetooth set up in there it just seems to be locked out as you can see there are phones linked to it from the previous owner. I asked for reimbursement for the key I had to replace because it broke off in the ignition as the key was GLUED together. My biggest issue is the accident. I never would have purchased knowing it was in an accident. But when I ask twice and I get told there was no accident? I am HIGHLY disappointed.

You said the heat is not working, but then you say it does heat the inside of the vehicle - so it sounds like the heat is working, but you're not happy with how fast it's heating. This could be due to the nature of the type of vehicle you bought. You bought a Jeep Wrangler - by nature they are a very utilitarian vehicle and literally come with almost no insulation. They are not designed and never will heat like a regular car/SUV will. It will take longer to heat up, due to lack of insulation on the sides, floor and roof of the Jeep. We tested the heater operation and it is working as designed.
It sounds like the Bluetooth is working, but you are having trouble getting your phone to pair with it. That is a radio training issue, not a repair issue. I'm sure you can find a radio user manual online - that's what we would need to do. We can certainly try to help with this, but there is no way for us to know and understand every radio and every cell phone. Our focus is on providing safe, mechanically sound vehicles for our customers, not trying to be experts on pairing phones to bluetooth systems.
The key was working fine during your test drive and also when you picked up your vehicle. If it wasn't, you would have brought that up to us as an issue that needed to be fixed. We did not glue the fob or do any other type of repair on the fob, as it was working fine for us and didn't need any repair. Key fobs are dropped and misused everyday by people, so we make sure they are working as designed when they leave out lot and any issues after that time are the responsibility of the end-user.
I previously commented on the history of the vehicle. I can't stress enough how transparent we are on all of our vehicles. We clearly have links to vehicle history reports right on our website for all our vehicles we have listed for sale and never try to hide anything. We will also show somebody the vehicle history report if they inquire about it in our store. Maybe during your vehicle search, you asked a different dealer about the history of their vehicle and they commented about the history of their vehicle, but if you would have asked us, we would have shown the history report to you. Or, maybe you asked us if the Jeep has a clean title, which it does.
