This is my 2nd review on this business, initially I stated that this was a good business for all your concrete need on 8/14/2023, and Luis communication was excellent, I would like to retract most of that review. My concrete it self was good, but after the project was finished it created a grading issue with standing water in the area which I did not know until it rained. So I sent pics to Luis and he came back to my home to go over a solution to the problem, he stated to me that he would fix the problem, I have several emails, phone and video of him tell me so. After three weeks of him telling me he’s on his way to fix the problem, so I thought!, my frustrations grew after staying home all day or leavening work early only to be disappointed by him never showing up but once out of several times of him being on his way, again never showing up. So this past Friday his dad gets involved, comes by my house long story short tells me it’s not there expertise to fix the grading, which I did not know until then, but yet he agree to do some grading by my garage, so the bottom line was to disregard his son’s word on telling me he’ll fix it. Saturday the concrete division come by unexpectedly because I was told by Jose,? Luis dad that they would come by next week with the excavator to do some grading by the garage, but instead came by with a pick axe and shovel type tool and did a small grading area by my garage, that’s extremely unsatisfactory. Luis was deceptive and didn’t keep his word on fixing the issue, so because of this bad experience on the backend of the concrete project, I would not recommend this business, I’m exploring other options on taking further action.

Anguainos Seal Coating & Striping. I was seeking quotes for repairing a part of my drive or replacing the entire drive. Jose was the only one who gave me acceptable options and pricing for a the repair, which he said I could get 5 more years out of the drive. In the end I decided to replace it. The quote was lower than others. Prompt efficient service. Kept to the schedule. Cesar and the other workers were friendly and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I would strongly recommend them to others.

I just had a parking slab installed and my driveway seal coated. Jose came out and gave me a quote which was exactly what I paid which was considerably less than 2 other quotes. The crew was very efficient and friendly and did a great job. I would highly reccomend this company to anyone.

My wife and I decided to go with Anguianos Seal Coating & Striping to dig up the old asphalt and to lay down concrete slab for our driveway that runs from the back of our house to the city sidewalk. We were amazed that this process was done in only day. The concrete division workers and our Anguianos consultant Jose did a wonderful job, and the price was very resalable. My wife and I was so impressed that they are back putting in a barrier wall to support our front grass line. Thanks again Jose and all the workers for doing an excellent job.,

Did concrete pavement and steps. Excellent job. Professional, on time, friendly, neat with clean up. I would strongly recommend to anyone for great service.
