I phoned Anderson Family Dental for an estimate to the extraction recommended by AFD's ************. I asked for my out-of-pocket cost after my ******************** ********** A lady quoted me $60.00. No squirming or mention of "an estimate." Shortly I realized that I did not know with whom I had spoken. I called back and again was cleanly quoted $60.00. I asked the name of the lady helping me and was told "******."************ did the extraction (probably) on 17 February 2022. Following the extraction I was presented a **** for over $100.00. I explained that I had been quoted $60.00. We agreed that I would pay $60.00 and wait for their accountants to sort it out.They eventually mailed me a **** for $38.50.I phoned repeatedly, was repeatedly told that ******, the office manager, would call me back. I mailed to ****** the enclosed letter on 25 April.Until today I have had no reply or contact whatsoever. Today I received a new **** for $38.50: "Charges on account 90 days."Please have this **** canceled.Business response

Thank you for considering my complaint.1) Please note that my complaint is against Anderson Family Dental, NOTAnderson Family DENTISTRY, *******************************************************************) The poor wording of my complaint notwithstanding, neither the word estimate nor any synonym for estimate was ever used by me or by AFD.3) I recently sent by registered mail (addressed to Dr. ********************** Anderson) another request for cancellation of charges. Today I received their envelope containing only the paperwork I signed in their office; nothing new.Thank you,************************cc: Anderson Family DENTISTRYBusiness response

Anderson has done nothing to resolve this matter. Yes, they sent me ccopies of two bills and of a form I had signed. Otherwise they have neither denied or confirmed any part of my complaint. For weeks they neither accepted nor returned my phone calls and ignored my letter to the office manager. I have received no offer and see no progress and no real response.Regards,
