      Truck was down there for over 2 months. Never fixed the issue. Kept saying other stuff was no wrong with vehicle. Threaten me to pay for work that did not fix the problem. Im out thousands of dollars and now my truck sits still not fixed. The stuck aftermarket stuff on. I had to tow truck to another dealer because the truck wasnt even drive ********. The dealer then put in a new ecu. The truck now is throwing codes like everything that was told to me was fixed is not fixed. Im not about to bring this truck in and spend 1000s more to go through same issues. Its a money pit only has 53 k miles on it. And all has to do with the emissions system. Which it seems 3 places now have no clue how to fix it. Just throwing parts at it and charging me for something not fixed. I have sensors that were put on and now these sensors are bad. Im out of words. I shouldnt have to be going through this for months and months and spend 1000s and not one good result. The truck sits and this truck is a business truck losing me money and lost me money. (Dpf, nox 1 and 2 and now egr all codes on scanner which were supposedly replaced. They made the issue worse.

      ************ brought his truck to us for repairs after it was at multiple other shops and they could not fix the truck themselves.  We started our diagnostic work on 10/23/2023.  This was a complex repair needing multiple steps to fix issues as we found them and then move onto the next.  At first ************ was cordial and approved our recommendations and estimates.  As the estimate grew to $5025.37 on 11/21 ************ originally approved the repairs, but then called back and was argumentative and disrespectful over the phone.  We stopped our work and he agreed to pick up the vehicle unrepaired.  Attached you will find a reprint of our invoice detailing the work performed that was approved by ************, and the work we recommended which he declined.

      they lie. I called for updates on vehicle with not much found. They kept just throwing parts at this truck praying it would fix the issue. Again these parts they put on the truck are faulty now due to testing truck when it wasnt properly diagnosed. They later found a code 4 plus weeks later. 4 PLUS WEEKS. saying the ecm. Main computer was faulty which I think they cause it to fail. And they are correct I did bring it into one dealership that told me I needed a whole new muffler system which I think they were just trying to get 8 k out of me for that repair. I took it to this place because they said they could fix the issue. It turned into weeks and weeks of them messing around with it and coming up with this and that are now faulty. When I went into the pay the owner didnt even bother to appear Im sure because he knew what he did was out of guilt. They took my money and I towed the vehicle else where had the ecm installed and this new place told me that the dpf is faulty the nox 1 and 2 are junk. How do I get these parts replaced since they have a year warranty now. **** is a Lier he would tell me one thing or price over phone and then emailed price was different. That is why I pulled my truck and took it elsewhere. I dont like shady people. And this business is shady or was to me. I want to know what they are going to do with regards to these failed and now faulty parts.                                         Regards,

      I stand by my previous response.  The repairs we made were necessary and approved by the customer.  When the customer called back and changed his mind on the authorization for the next step we stopped working on his vehicle.  Then the interaction got disrespectful towards us and he took his vehicle.  The vehicle would have been fixed if he let us complete the repairs, but instead they thought they knew better and took the vehicle elsewhere.

      Im sorry but once the truck was in you said you would fix it. You told me another truck was in there for same issue. So you assumed my truck was going to have the same problem as this other client which it did not. You play around over and over for weeks giving me percentages of will this or that fix the issue. You dont know what youre doing. You never answered my question WARRANTY!!! How do we go about warranty issue. I took truck else where because no I dont know it all but I know **** well your place doesnt. Maybe early diesel trucks sure. New. You have no clue. I want my warranty these sensors are hundreds of dollars and that *** is over 1000 k. Email warranty information. And fyi. Once the ecm that was installed by the dealer it still wasnt fixed so dont tell me it would have been fixed. Cause now the egr is bad and plenty other stuff. Im 100% sure you messed up the ecm on your end. You didnt even weld the *** on. Poor quality job.   I want my question answered on these parts that have warranties. Thanks. Over 2k in parts that are warrantied and Im not paying a dime to replace. Keep it up and Ill go to *******!!

      If he is referring to getting his truck fixed, he declined the work needed to do so.  If he is referring to a specific part that he asked about, we already gave him the information he asked for to get it warrantied through the dealer.

      Parts you put on are not warrantied by dealer as they charge for the labor of that part. Unless it was put on by dealer then it is subject to no labor charges. Nox 2 was put on by you and the *** was put on by you. These parts I paid you for  the parts and labor are subject not to be fixed by dealer as I stated they will charge a labor fee I am not paying the again the dealer will warranty only what they touched. Thanks leaving me why Im here still waiting on real response.

      The parts you mention, NOx 2 and the *** were working properly when we had the truck here.  We recommended additional parts to complete the repair and that was declined by ************.  The truck is currently not working properly for that reason.  ************ became combative and abusive to us over the phone.  We agreed to stop working on his vehicle and only charge for the repairs he approved of.  ************ agreed to that and picked up his vehicle as is.

      [ no see the dealer put it on a test and said the *** is flooded from your place trying to get it to work after putting it on before you knew the ecm was bad the dealer put on a new ecm and said that because of the testing on your part the nox sensors are now bad and possibly the ***. When I drove the truck home it was badly smoking out the tailpipe and smelled like diesel bad. It did clear up when I got it home. Per dealer it was fluilded with diesel per towing it to ***** dealer. Nox 1 And 2 are not working properly they are shoot and possibly the *** since it was full of diesel for days. The ecm did not fix anything you so call say you fixed. Once towed from your shop the engine light was on and the def light was still on.  The dealer installed the ecm which took both lights off and told me that both the noxs would need to be replaced and possibly the *** also. Besides the nox 2 which was installed by the ***** dealer which they will replace under warranty. They will not touch anything your business installed on my truck. That is why Im asking about the warranty on these parts your business installed.
