      I took my project car to ***** in September 2023 and paid in full for a discount. She promised the car would be painted in 4 weeks. Soon after dropping off the car, the delays and excuses started coming from *****. I finally realized she was scamming me and several other people, so I told her I was picking up the car November 27th and expected a full refund. As others have said in their reviews, ***** refused to meet with me in person. She told me to pickup the car at her shop, but at the last moment sent me to a 'friends' house where she was storing the car while she had shop work done. I went to the address she provided to find no one home, but I did find my project car that I had spent hundreds of hours restoring sitting in a field covered in snow and full of frozen water from previous rains. The owner of the property finally returned and confirmed that the car had been sitting in his field (along with other classic cars from *****'s shop) for several weeks.Luckily I was able to fully recover my payment because I used a **** card. I'm considering further legal action given the damage she did by storing the car outside and unprotected. When I called the local sheriff and ****************** they confirmed I was one of several people that have complained about ***** and Ramsmoke.Do your research on her before doing business with her. She's been sued multiple times, doesn't even show in court, gets a judgement against her. I doubt there is any money to recover - she's seems to move from person to person grifting them.Stay away!

      This is false information. No customers have been scammed and our shop never promises anyone a completion date and even the contract this customer SIGNED states that the date given, if any, is an ESTIMATED DATE ONLY!! . The car was not sitting in a field it was on a trailer prepared to be transported back to our shop where the customer stated he would like to pick it up after cancelling his contract stating he decided to go in another direction with it and waited nearly a week to make arrangements to retrieve his car. All shops who perform these services are six months to a year out at the moment so having to wait a few months is not an unreasonable amount of time. He was NEVER told his car had been sitting there for several weeks. Once a customer cancels their contract with our business we are no longer obligated to store their vehicle indoors and the customer was advised of this and chose to pick up his car on the 27th after cancelling our contract on the 22nd. Any so called damage due to rain that occurred happened after he cancelled his contract and his car was relocated to an outside storage location awaiting his retrieval. This is standard practice for ALL body shops within the US. Customer also SIGNED a contract acknowledging that if he cancels the contract he is not eligible for a refund as all of our customers must sign which is why the very few customers over a 30 year span have taken us to court because they did not want to wait the time it takes ALL shops to restore cars to have their car completed and cancelled our services and expected to get their deposits back despite acknowledging they understood it was non refundable after 10 business days. Our business has been in operation for over 30 years and we have completed over **** cars some of which have won awards at SEMA as well as other prominent car shows and events. Just because a customer thinks he is the only customer and his car should be the only one being worked on for the small fees we charge to paint our customers cars does not justify them cancelling their contract and expecting the royal treatment of their car for free until they deem it convenient to come pick it up.

      It is shocking how this woman lies perpetually. I won't respond to all of her false statements, but:1. I had not contract with her. She sent an estimate, I visited her shop to make sure it really existed and to speak with her quickly, I then sent payment - no other paperwork of any kind (in hindsight, my mistake)2. The car was left for a considerable amount of time in a field uncovered - not only for a few days after I told her I was going to cancel my order. The home owner storing the car confirmed this as he helped me get the car out of his back field and load it on a car hauler.I recently found on ****************** the mugshot of ***** who was arrested for Theft - False Representation - ******* (as well as resisting a police officer). It's in the public record - look it up. She's gone from getting sued to being arrested now.I've done all I can now to warn people. If you want to take your chances with her, do it at your own risk. She has a track-record that is hard to escape as evidenced by the reviews on this site.

      Beware total scam artist. Filed fraud charges. Paid $17500.00 Almost 2 years later and nothing done she has multiple charges pending I too have pictures ,video and other documented correspondence

      Worst company ever. Don't take your projects here, nothing but lies and deceit. She took in my project and promised to be done in 4-mos. ***** was quick to take my deposit but did not deliver on even one promise. After 6-mos of the run around and lies, SHE SUGGESTED that I take back my project and she would return my deposit. My project was outside and missing parts when I picked it at the end of March. ***** was inside and would not open the door to talk to me. She promised to return my deposit the following week. I am still waiting. I have since learned that this has happened to others. I refer you to the ************************* article dated Dec 14, 2023. She apparently has an extensive criminal record dating back to ****. Stay away!

      Do not take your car to this place! Worst experience ever was told my car was being worked on for years and its in worse condition then when I took it to them. This company gives you excuse after excuse and never gets anything done. I wish I would have never took it to them. This place should be shut down .

      This is completely false. We have photographs of how the truck came into ** and what it looked like when the customer cancelled our continuing work on it and picked it up. When told we would need additional money to fix previous work conducted he refused and decided to pick his truck up instead. This truck was in the worst condition we have ever seen a vehicle. We had to replace the doors and wire them for electrical as the existing doors were paper thin due to poor previous work. The whole truck was extremely damaged by previous body work we had to completely sand off before we could even perform the work we needed to do and the customer did not want to pay the extra money.

      The truck had almost no rust when I took it. It was not stored properly they had the truck for 3 years and put 2 doors on it. I did send more money so do not say I didnt. You said you would finish it for the amount I sent you and never did. I went for it after 3 years of you doing nothing to it. Its not like I went for it a week after you started. I have all the messages where you said you were done and about to paint it which was a complete lie. I have both invoices as well

      Lots of excuses, was told a week to ten days to paint some motorcycle parts. (I have a witness). Paid in full because I was going out of town for a month. The firm building my bike needed the parts to complete. I waited 8 weeks still not complete. I decided to pick up my parts and go else where, asked for a refund, more excuses almost 4 months now. I trusted this business . My mistake. Some minor sanding was done on the parts, but very far from finished sanded. Use at your own risk,

      The parts were sanded and ready for paint. Customer was told we were behind schedule due to staff shortages like everyone else is experiencing and he didnt care. Was very rude and disrespectful. Was never given a guaranteed completion date as no body shop in the entire country does that.

      I was not rude. I gave her every chance to finish my small project. I have a witness who was there when she gave me a date to be completed. She has not returned any of my money. I took her to small claims courts and won a judgement she still won't pay. Check her name out on ccap ********* courts she has over 53 cases against her. I tried to work with her she never told me the truth once. As for employees she said my job was small and she could do it herself. I have never in my life been disrespectful to any one. She received $60,000 to hire employees from an sbs ppp program, so she should stop complaining about the lack of employees.
