    The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the government’s allegations, which have not yet been proven.

    On August 15, 2023 a complaint was filed against Robert Piaro, alledging the following;

    Wire Fraud
    Mail Fraud

Criminal charges in Manhattan federal court were lodged against Richard Zeitlin, 53, of Las Vegas, and Robert Piaro, 73, of Fredonia, Wisconsin.

    U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said the men lied to donors by falsely letting them believe most of their donation were going to help veterans, aid law enforcement officers and fight breast cancer.

    A Pretrial Conference has been scheduled for November 14, 2024 and a Jury Trial is scheduled for January 6, 2025.
