  **** ******** lied from start to finish on my project. He did not file for all permits required to start or finish my job. Did not file plans with the village before starting work claiming the the village would not check on the work being done. Obviously they DID. After half of completion he tried to charge me more money for permits needed he didn't he get before starting. After MANY of his personal costly mistakes he insisted on blaming me for his ineptitude. He is completely unreliable, unprofessional and absolutely incompetent! Beware!!!! Since he did not apply for all or proper permits my building had to be LIFTED AND MOVED 25 feet because of HIS errors again blaming me. Then he decided to quit in the middle of construction after an incorrect order of 2000$ of roof trusses that I pointed out. Then a week later called demanding the remainder of payment on his fraudulent contract. The work done was shotty at best and much of the work done needed MUCH correction! DO NOT trust him

  he agree to permits pulled vfor siding window and door  then we ffind the stucture non repaireable and start new builing in same spot had to add new pilons which was not part of contoct adds 3 doors and 10 windows and made walls 9 ft tall instead of 8 more micro lambs on base that was not in bid and expected me to do for free .then says change to new electric meter and thjnks thats allincluded . then make roof extend over deck and thinks can do stick built (35 x 12) so we ordered trusses just like buildind then says he wants open view need engineering for that type of span and thinks can be done  for $2000.00  that wouldn't cover material let alow labor .pulled pirmetedto build new and thinks that i should pay for additional permit fees come to find out cant build on same foot print so i paid $10000 dollars to move building  and thinks i should pay that. he has rehab many homes and nows the trades . so he knows cost . plus with pandemick lumber prices 3 times qout and thinks i can eat that as well so once roof truses showed up and he said hes not paying for that and i can stick build for same price i cut my losses and said you need to get some who will pay to build what you want too many changes that i cant eat any more loosees .if i have to keep paying out of my pocket for add ons i should just build it on my property. if you have any ? please feel free to call me ************ thanks mike.Tell us why here...

  After reviewing the response just more lies to cover up the lack of incompetence. Builder came up with his own building plans not me but liked the design. I agreed to pay EXTRA for ALL CHANGES! Mike ordered the wrong trusses and blamed me I wanted vaulted trusses he ordered 9ft trusses. Had he supplied the CORRECT permits and submitted building plans to the city the building would not have had to have been moved. Also lied about cost to move say 10k only charged 7500$ more lies. Pathetic attempts to save grace. Also paid for roof extensions with deck also. More lies. NO NOT TRUST. Says concrete was not his responsibility yet pours footings with no inspection OR PERMITS! Changes occur and are expected. I also PAID for all of them, what I wouldn't pay for was his constant and blatant MISTAKES he refused to own up to and repeatedly blamed me. Also found out that he paid collections debt with my down payment which is THEFT BY CONTRACTOR!

  home owner agree to do job with siding ,windows and door permits to save on taxes then says he didn't agree to this and blames me for all the changes that had to be done at my expenses . as for concerte his buddy would not show up for bib until we where done with us doing concrete . and poured entire floor and shared like 20,000  or something like that and he thinks i should cover half that case we moved building . so i not sure what you need i pulled permits for roofing siding and windows and doors before job was ever started so please explain where its my fault he wanted to save money on taxes and now its all my fault.

  Just more lies to cover his failures.
  He is SOLELY Responsible for any and all correct permits to satisfy the village. I in fact said "If those permits satisfy the village and won't land us in trouble with them thats fine" as a home owner it's not my responsibility to get permits at all. As also stated in WISCONSIN LAW!! He said those would be satisfactory and they were NOT. HE said the village wouldn't come to inspect because of covid. THEY caught him in his lies. Again HE poured the footings wrong AND without permits!!!!And no inspection before progressing with the work. The correct footings and extra footings needed are HIS responsibility since he did it wrong! The new footings cost 8000$ he refused to admit and cover for HIS mistake. Then tried to charge me for extra permits and "miscellaneous" fees because he didn't apply for any and all permits BEFORE starting. Which is required by LAW! This man is a fraud and a shill. He will blame you for all his mistakes and never take responsibility for any of them! His story will change to fit his lies. I paid for all concrete NOT RELATED to his initial starting point and after. Even his screw up by not checking with the village for building placement. He cuts corners, lies constantly and will NEVER APOLOGIZE for any of it. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL GET BURNED!!
