            On June 5, 2024 I purchased the Black Widow Steel Sport ***************** Dolly ($119) which shows a length of 83.5" inches, however the actual product is only 79" long. This difference means the ramp is not usable for my bike (which would fit on an 83" ramp). The seller charged $35 to ship the item, and requires paying the return shipping (approx $90) as well as the replacement shipment. That means I would have to pay $160 in shipping for a $120 item because the vendor posts incorrect information on their website.I tried to negotiate a reasonable solution with the seller but they refused to cooperate.

I see that you called to request a return on 05/24 and we requested photos of the damage so we can take care of your issue. You called again on 05/28 and again we requested photos. We are here to help, but we need some assistance from you. We are happy to resolve this with you, and so far you have not been willing to work with us on a resolution. Please send us some photos so we can resolve this for you ******************************************
