1. There's no way to communicate with my accountant. The phone numbers I have and tried are not in service or are disconnected, both accountant and secretary's email are returned immediately because they don't currently exist. Their website is not available / not running, and there is not sign or note on their business' office door - the business is closed, lights off, door locked during business hours. They are also listed as not currently in business on the BBB website. I have not been able to reach anyone there since I began trying over 1 week ago. 2. My accountant has not notified me in any way, or given any indication that they are or will be unavailable - on vacation, ill, business closed, business in transition, etc. (He, his secretray, or office has not called or left a voicemail, has not sent an email about this 'out of communication' or set up an auto reply.3. After spending hours of research, emails, and calls, I discovered that LUCKILY both my business and my joint personal taxes had extensions filed, so we are not currently being penalized by the *** YET. I dropped all our tax documents off in March, still waiting for them to be filed.4. I was suppose to receive materials in the mail in order to pay 2nd qrtr taxes on time by Juy 18, I never received them. Im trying to pay what I can using my 1st qrtr tax info, but my federal tax deposit is probably late and I may be charged a fee.5. I JUST WANT to collect my 2021 tax documents, pay whatever I owe to the accountant, & find a new accountant quickly to get everything filed before the last possible deadline arrives THATS ALL, but it is impossible for me to do so. These are my personal files, it is my ************ need it back ASAP. I do not want to get the police or a lawyer involved, but I will if there is no progress and no indication of getting my property back. Theres no way to completely duplicate the info that is in my 2021 tax file for both my **************** taxes Please help me.Initial Complaint

The accountant/owner ********************* hasnt filed our taxes for 2021 and has made excuses as to why they havent been done when all of our personal & business info was submitted in February. Also, he doesnt have any answers as to why we havent received our 2019 federal tax refund after being audited. We were supposed to receive over $8,000 according to a letter from the **** I believe he has committed fraud and stole our 2019 refund. We received a call today that his office is suddenly closing. He is very unprofessional and I would like all of my documentation for our 2021 taxes returned to find another accountant to help us file. I would also like answers on our 2019 refund as well.
