      I was charged for two products on 11/2/21 for $50. They sent an email stating products shipped 11/3/21. Since that time the tracking info never changed and products never received. Ive sent three messages asking about the shipment and the last one I asked for a refund because I never received anything. Not a single person has replied to any of my messages. I filed a complaint with my card company and theres even a problem of a lack of response with them too. The company seems like a fraud.

      I have the same complaint as all the other complaints about this business. On October 24 I ordered one of Learning Crabs Magic Practice Copybook (4 Pack) + Magic Pen 1. Plus an extra set of pens. Advertised stencil sets with an extra set of special pens for my nephew to help with his handwriting. It was a Christmas present that never arrived. The charge was made immediately for $45.97. I was given the United ********************* tracking number. My nephew never received the gift. I emailed the company to ask for a refund or status with no response. Then I started to research online and found all of these complaints plus many more.

      I bought a learning product from Learning Crab for $37.98 on 10/4/2021 and never received the product. I called the number and it is out of service. When I came on here and see it quite obviously a scam, as many others never received the product either. Is there anything that can be done? Thanks

      I purchased an item from Learning crab onOct 24, 2021. I have the Shop App that tracks 90% of my shipments to my home. I realized after Christmas 2021 this package never arrived - it was going to be a gift for my daughter. I have reached out to Learning Crab via their customer service email (2 times) and their Instagram page ( 3 times). No response from either. Their website is no longer operating (404 not found) and there is no phone # for them. I would like my $45.97 back that I paid for the items.

      I made a purchase for 10/15/21 for Learning's Crab's Magic Practice copybook with pen and their extra pen set for a total amount of $48.49 including taxes and shipping. On 11/08/21, I email Learning Crab for the status of my order since it's been almost one month and the status of the tracking has not been updated. Learning Crab states due to "current restrictions" there is a delay in delivery. They provided the same tracking number that was originally provided. I waited until 11/19/21 and emailed them again stating I am still unable to track my order and to either cancel my order or send a refund. Learning Crab emailed me back stating they cannot cancel my order since my order has been "fulfilled". I waited again and email them on 12/21/21 requesting to provide a valid tracking to proof that they fulfill my order otherwise to issue me a refund. They never responded back to that email. The tracking number they provided was AQ471473849CN. I checked their website when making the purchase since I didn't want to purchase anything overseas. They claim they are a small business that started in *****. Thus, I thought I was purchasing from a small business in the **. However, the tracking number they provide indicates that the products are in *****. Since I never got my order, I contacted my bank earlier this month to dispute the charge. That was when I was told, the charge came from somewhere in *******, **. I was shock to find this out considering the company stated they originated in *****. Since it's been over 2 months since my purchase, my bank states they will review the dispute but not sure if they can do anything about it. My purchase receipt along with the email communication with Learning Crab and status of the tracking is attached.

      Fraudulent company- never sent product ordered- reached out to customer service many times and was initially told it was on its way but delayed due to mail but then three months went by now customer service isnt responding to emails and the website no longer exists. Its called Learning Crab. They have an account on instagram which I think is fraud. They charged me the $45 on October 7 when the product was ordered.

      Ordered $45 product in Oct and never received. I have contacted the company several times and only got a reply once the first time saying covid slowed things. Attempted more contact attempts with no response. All I want is a refund for not receiving anything.

      I purchased a learning booklet with special pens back in October as a Christmas gift and never received it. They won't refund my money because they say it has already been shipped this information was in mid November. Still no package they sent a tracking number which when I serch for it I get nothing. Now they have stopped communicating with me and still haven't received my order. At this point I just want my money back of $37.98 Thank you *****************************

      I placed an order with learning crab on October 6, 2021 and as of December 23, 2021 I have not received my order. I have reached out by email on several occasions with no resolution. I have asked for a refund and a contact phone number as the only way to reach them is through email. I have been unsuccessful on all accounts. I do not feel they are a reputable business at this point.

      I placed an order in the amount of $45.97 USD on October 3rd, 2021 and never received the product. I order a Magic Practice Copybook (4 Pack) + Magic Pen $34.99 plus the Extra Magic Pen (5 Refills + Pen Grip). I never received the product in the mail after emailing them multiple times asking where it is. They responded about how they are a small business that started out in ******, ** and how they are experiencing delays. Then they gave me another fake tracking number and it shows it was coming from China. Both tracking numbers are fake. After contacting them a few more times in the last few months since I ordered, they stopped responding when I told them I wanted a refund as soon as possible. I went to their ******** page and multiple people are experiencing the same issue with this company. They are stealing from people and not sending the product. They are a fraudulent company. Please help.
