I had my vehicle brought to this shop in approximately early 2023 along with a replacement motor and transmission. A million excuses as to why it was not being worked on and why my parts were left outside in the elements. After several months I was told the transmission I brought was not comparable with my vehicle (wrong) and they needed to purchase a new one. Fine. They put in a new (used) transmission and after paying leaving the shop drove home and shifted into park and all transmission fluid poured out. Called immediately and advised. Was told tow truck would pick it up and they would fix it. Months passed and never picked up and would not respond to messages. Had another mechanic look at it and was advised that the transmission they put in was not at all comparable with my vehicle. After a million excuses and a few months later finally had a tow truck pick it up. Over a month passed and no updates and would not answer or return calls. Went to the shop to inquire as to the status. ******************* (one of the names he uses) the owner was rude and insulting. Said he was no longer fixing it and we needed to leave. He then proceeded to call 911 and told them my husband pulled a gun on him. Hilarious because police familiar with this guy and knew he had cameras. After reviewing the camera footage and officers confirming there was NEVER a gun involved we made arrangements to have vehicle towed from this shop to another mechanic. *********** had to make a second trip because **** could not find my engine and transmission. Subsequently located and ruined. Not useable. Out thousands of dollars and the owner is a complete jerk. Company a complete rip off!!!

Red Feather's Automotive Repair has no RO regarding this persons name. Also Red Feather's Auto Repair nolonger is in business. This person Paid a *************** who worked thru Red Feather's and not Red Feather's for repairs on their vehicle. It was Advised that without the Written Contract the company would not work on their vehicle. At no time did Red Feather's Automotive repair LLC ever receive money from this Customer. We offered to try and help and paid a almost $300 tow bill to move this vehicle to our shop. The Client never even paid for this. We refused to work on the Vehicle at this point. Her Husband did threaten me and an Active Warrant for his arrest has been issued. We never claimed anything about a gun being involved and we can provide the police reports. Their is also a no contact that we filed against this client and her husband. Red Feather's Automotive Repair LLC is out of business and closed.

On March 12, 2024 my vehicle a 2017 **** Explorer 4wd was brought into Red Feather's Auto Repair LLC for a coolant leak. It should be noted that the vehicle was in proper running condition when dropped off. Once a diagnostic test was completed on March 12, 2024 I was told that the thermostat housing unit and water pump has failed. We agreed to have these repairs done as it was explained that it could cause further engine damage if not repaired properly. On March 14, 2024 the shop owner (****) called and stated that we should have our timing chain replaced as well and since the engine was taken apart this would be something that should be done before putting everything back together. I was notifed that this repair would only take an additional 5 hours along with the other repairs needed for a total of ***** hours for the repairs. An additional cost of $1,559.95 would be applied on the invoice. I agreed and paid a total of $1,250.00 on March 12, 2024 for a down deposit to start the job. The remaining bill would be around $1259.00 which was agreed upon by the shop owner and myself to be paid in installments of $300 monthly until paid in full for a total of 5 months. Our signed agreement/contract is attached. Since March 12, 2024 our vehicle has been in the shop. Totaling approximately 5 weeks. There has been limited communication from **** the shop owner. I have called several times checking in to see if the vehicle would be completed. Each time has been excuses of why the vehicle has not been fully repaired. On March 21, 2024 I received a call from **** stating the vehicle was completed. I paid an additional $300.00 when arrived at the shop. Before taking possession of the vehicle I noticed the vehicle was over heating, and the engine light was on. I immediately told **** that this car was not completed and need to stay in the shop As of today our vehicle has still not been repaired properly.

This customer brought the vehicle in and came in from the dealership who they also filed a complaint with. This vehicle has 200k miles on it. and has many issues. The dealership refused them service. Daily if not more they would contact my personal cell phone and shop phone aswell as come by the shop. The little to no Communication statement is not true, We Tried working with this client with payment plans aswell.

They told us to stop all work and removed the vehicle to take it to another shop and having us pay them for those other shops repairs. This was the same thing they did with dealership prior bringing it to us. Then a smear campaign against my person ****** as business happened outta high frustration and emotions over this vehicle. I have Talked to this client and come to resolution prior to this filing. so not understanding why this was even brought to the this level. I fought for these clients vehicle against the dealership to help get them resolution. You cannot buy a 200k mile vehicle and expect it to be like new with no issues. But again this has been resolved prior to this complaint and does not need to be addressed here. We sincerely wish the client the best and hope that the future has better vehicle luck.
