      I paid for carpet and upholstery cleaning. The upholstery on my sectional looks worse than it did before and it also smelled like mildew and vomit. I also don't believe they even tried cleaning my mattress however they told me that the mattress might be difficult to come clean I don't think they even tried. It also states on either their website or in a Q and A I saw online that they would move furniture as needed and they didn't do as much as even moving light things like a coffee table or crib. I believe they were here for 2 hours approximately charged $450 and left. They absolutely did not do a job deserving of that price tag. The carpet area looked okay but we've had our carpets done before and they were way better and cleaner. I am not looking for a full refund but definitely a refund the the sectional and mattress as well as a partial refund for the carpets. I think a refund of $300 would be fair.

      Feb 1, 2023 Oxi Fresh cleaned our carpet with a solution that contains PEROXIDE this destroyed our carpetunfortunately I was unaware of the multitude of pictures and bad reviews expressed by people across the country. The owner is unscrupulous and has no problem degrading and lying to and about customers my goal is to let people know the possibilities of bleaching if they use this company.we have dozens of bleach spots.thought I was hiring a GREEN companyinstead I am forced to replace my carpetOxi Fresh ******* **

      Please note: I do not have any children or pets. On 2/10/2023, The Agent did a rushed job. No noticeable difference. The Agent came back the following week (2/16/2023) and did spot cleaning. I can still see the stains. Did not vacuum. Again, the agent was in and out less than twenty minutes. I did not want to stress myself so I said okay just to get him out my home. This was definitely a waste of money and time. Perhaps, this line of work isnt for him. I completed a survey expressing my dissatisfaction. I was advised that I would be contacted shortly about the matter. I have not been contacted by this company. Do not send *****.

      It appears this customer was never one of our customers and is a customer of another franchise in **************. This is not our issue. We have zero record of this customer

      After the carpet dried, it was evident that it was not clean. There was dog hair in almost every corner as the tech never vacuumed. I called the company at least 5 times to come to a resolution and not a person would call me back. I've uploaded a photo of oxi fresh vs my $80 shampooer.

      We offer redos to every customer who is not happy. This particular individual has been offered a redo and declined. We dont offer refunds but we do offer re dos.
