I registered my son for Gridiron 7v7 spring football season on 3/8/23, confirmation number ********. The season was to begin mid April. On 4/6/23, I received an email from the owner, ***************, stating that the season was cancelled due to not enough players signed up. He stated refunds would be issued in the next two weeks. I reached out to him on 5/1 to see where the refund was due to it being outside of the two weeks he stated it would be issued in. He has not responded. My son was unable to play through no fault of our own and I'd like a full refund of the amount I paid ($156.73) as soon as possible.Business response

The refund is still pending. Customers were told there would be no refunds processed until the start of the youth season which was 4/23. A refund will be provided in a timely manner. That manner is dependent on one person processing the information. The complaint filer is on a list that is getting processed. Unfortunately their timieline does not fit the actual ability to provide a refund.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Corporate gridiron processed the refund. In the future you should communicate with people when they ask for an update after the timeline youve provided. At least 13 families were due a refund with no return communication.
