I am writing to file a formal complaint against Apex Granite and Cabinetry (formerly known as Precision Granite and Stone) and its owner, *******************. Despite paying $5505 upfront for a kitchen remodel, the project remains incomplete, causing significant inconvenience and financial loss.Details of the Incident:Initial Agreement: Contacted ******************* on February 3, 2024, for a remodel including new cabinets and countertops. He quoted $5500 with a start date within 3-4 weeks, measured my kitchen on February 7, and issued an invoice on February 14.Payment: I paid the full amount on February 22, following his suggestion for a discount if paid upfront.Progress and Delays: ************** confirmed the order by February 28 but subsequent updates were infrequent and vague. Work began sparsely on April 23, with significant delays and minimal progress.Current State: As of the last update, only some cabinets and a crooked counter were installed, leaving plumbing and electrical work unfinished. Many of the cabinets have blemishes and cracks. Communication ceased after April 28, despite my repeated attempts to contact him.This situation has left my kitchen unusable, and the contractor has not adhered to agreed timelines or quality standards. I request the Better Business Bureau's help in investigating *********************** practices. Ideally, I seek completion of the work as contracted or a full refund to engage another contractor.Thank you for addressing this matter urgently. I paid for new countertops from precision granite up front. After several months of poor contact, and missed deadlines, they eventually delivered the wrong items. They then told me they would replace them within a week. Its been several months and they continue to not communicate or remedy the situation. They also refuse to refund my money. Im not the only person this has happened to - after researching the business further on social media, it turns out this has happened to several customers. I would like to receive the services Ive paid for, in lieu of this I would like my money back in full.Initial Complaint

**** has been impossible to get a hold of. Phone goes straight to voicemail and has missed 3 dates of when my counter top was supposed to be installed. No call and no shows every time. Already paid $1000 and all attempts to get this back have been ignored. Will not respond to any voicemails, texts, or emails. Been trying to contact **** and get this job done for over a month.
