I have purchased an AC unit and a furnace brand new from this company and have a warranty on both of the units and my AC unit went out in July and still have not came out to unit to fix. The owner gives me a runaround saying the part is on back order and would be two weeks 2 weeks turned into 2 months and here we are into winter and now I'm having problems with my furnace and he is nowhere to be found text and calls going unanswered this is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I would never suggest purchasing anything from them not even a water bottle because it is probably faulty and refilled with toilet water.Business response

Good morning,
we did receive the part , but the warranty has expired for the labor potion,
she is un willing to pay for labor, is she pays the labor and supplies we will be willing to fix the system,

Hello thank you for sending response. This is totally false, we have agreed to pay the labor, they asked for payment to be be in pre paid, not happening. We agreed to pay labor as we have in past, we have all the text messages saved, he will not answer any messages and has not tried to reach out. This is a terrible company and the owner should be embarrassed to call himself a business owner. We gave you weeks n weeks to come and it was excuse after excuse. Sad when employess agree. We want our unit fixed . We have warranty for furnace and central air but he don't wanna honor any of them sold us a piece of junk is words from a competitor. This is easy excuse when put on blast oh they won't pay with no proof we have very text message and every cocky message from this bust-ness owner

Dec 2019 we paid $2,800 for a new furnace. We are still freezing now in November 2021. They refuse to come back to fix a pipe that they installed that is too small. They stopped responding to me. I have to run my oven to keep warm. We are trying to get another company to come fix it and want this company to pay for it. They are rude and a horrible company to work with. The 1st winter we were in ***** 2 months and had no idea it wasn't working properly. Last winter they were going to fix or replace and never did.Business response

We did install a new furnace, we are not responsible for the existing old ductwork system, we were going to address there needs , but not anymore, we did not initially install the old duct system, and not responsible to fix it, ,thanks
