My company ************************************** sent parts to be plated to Pioneer Metal Finishing, at *************************************************************** for one of our customers. I paid for the shipping there and back to me through my *** acct. When we received them back (the box was not damaged) the parts were all damaged. I have pictures of what they looked liked when they left my building. We could not use them that's how damaged they were. We had to reorder all the material and pay my employees again to redo them. Pioneer refuses to take responsibility for damaging our parts. I sent them an invoice and they refuse to pay it. They said at first they pay up to 10x credit. My **** for them was $735 (was quoted $700) for them to plate these parts. They are telling me that it only costs $40.50 to plate them all. I keep asking them why I got charged $735 (the $35 was for shipping and they used my *** acct for shipping back to me so I should not have to pay that $35 since I already paid that with ***). They will not answer any of my questions. They just keep telling me they will not pay my ****. I have all the emails back and forth from them and the original invoice that I have attached. I tried to put the emails in order. (Presto is the company that we are doing the work for). I would like my money back for the material and labor that we had to pay again to redo these parts. Let me know if you need more information. We are a small family owned company and this is alot of money for us to loose because of the something they did to our parts.Customer response

This is the company that I am having the problem with. They are refusing to pay for the damage they did to our parts when they plated them for us. I am asking for money for the cost of the steel we had to repurchase to make them and they time I had to pay my employees again to remake these parts. There information is below.
