On April 14, 2024 I went to Bergstrom Buick, GMC on *************************************************************** and test drove a 2016 Buick encore. Upon start there was a rattle to the engine and as I drove the vehicle the brakes made a loud vibration noise. They said that cars sometimes have the engine rattle up on cold start and that the brakes were ceramic so that noise should go away. I had not taken the vehicle on a very bumpy road so I did not know about the suspension but I did look under the hood and under the vehicle and noticed the engine was exceedingly clean given the cars age. I brought that to their attention because it seemed suspicious to me.Within the first week the brake noise got worse so I contacted the dealership I bought the vehicle from and hit wall after wall trying to get the car into them for repair. I gave them several viable options so I didn't have to miss work for something I had asked about in the first place. It took a week to get them to agree to a solution. The brake issue was fixed for 6 days before it started again. During that time the engine rattle has become far worse and now happens even when I am idling at a stop light or just in park. The brakes still make noise and the suspension has now started rattling and clunking which sounds awful. I was assured that the car passed it's safety check however the issues occuring all within this first month of ownership would suggest otherwise. I contacted the service tech and was told he will find a loaner vehicle to send so they can work on the car. I was to hear back May 24th and have not. They have loaner vehicles but he claims he is trying to finde one. My experience here has been awful. **************** went out the window the second the sale was made. I trusted that they did a inspection and knew what they were talking about only to find that they pawned the car off on me that is clearly not up to par.

      1) Purchased a vehicle from Bergstrom on August 19, ******) Between 8/19/22 and 9/01/22 I was dealing with extreme domestic violence at home--broken left ribs, concussion, busted ear drums (temporary hearing loss)3) During one of the physical altercations my ex wrestled my keys from me and ran to the vehicle and yelled to me, "he's f****** my car up so I can't leave."4) At some point I was able to call the cops and he was arrested on 09/01/22. He has been in jail ever since and he's currently in prison.5) Towed the car to the Bergstrom shop via towing as it turned off by itself and would not start. 6) Informed the Bergstrom representative ******************************* and my car insurance Progressive of the horrible specifics of my situation.7) Bergstrom technician diagnoses sugar was poured in the gas tank and a few other things had to be replaced as well. 8) ********************* informed me I would not have to pay another deductible as long as every issue stems from this incident/vandalism. 9) I have now brought the vehicle in 4 separate times since 9/01/22 for the same, exact, problems or symptoms.10) Each time Bergstrom dealership had my car for longer periods of time. The last time was for 15 days and at the end of those 15 days, ******** told me "they thought they fixed it but the car started acting up again and was producing all these codes and so they're asking their GM what to do."11) This same, exact day, ******** calls back saying "the vehicle appears to be running good and you could just come get the vehicle for now."12) The vehicle is in the shop for a 4th time now and this time Bergstrom has had it for 23 ******************* Insurance finally called on Friday 2/10/23 stating the Bergstrom service technician "believes someone has been messing with me this whole time by continuously putting sugar in my gas tank." My ex has been locked up since that day. 14) Insurance wants me to file a new insurance claim of vandalism and pay another deductible.

We purchased a used vehicle from Bergstrom Cadillac in Green Bay on or near April 14th 2022. We were paying cash for a vehicle due to just receiving a lump sum from Disability. Being residents of ******** we had to pay special fees. We picked out a car and agreed on a price for our trade in. We did have many issues with the salesperson that made this a very bad situation, but that is not what caused this complaint. After everything was settled we signed the paper and took the car home with a temporary plate from the dealer after being t0old the title and registration would be mailed to us in 30 days.About two weeks we get a check from Bergstrom for over $900 for overpaid taxes. No other explanation or instructions. A few days later we get a title to sign of the previous owner of the vehicle. Again with no instructions, nothing from our sales person. We did get a phone call asking how things were going with the new car. Never told us about any issues. On the 13th of June I called the salesperson asking were our title was and what are we to do. He said it happened this way because it was a financed sale. I reminded him that we paid in cash. He said well you were going to do financing. I again reminded him we only mentioned cash. He did at one time pushed us to look at the financing option because of special deals they were offering, but once he found out I was not employed he said that would not work. He gave me a list of thing I was going to have to do to fix the issue. I asked to speak to his supervised. **** was helpful, explained the issues and through our discussion he realized were the sales person messed up. When talking about the check and title he said that they come from there home office, but there were no mention of anything changing as to how we were to get our title and registration. To find out we do not own that vehicle, They do but cannot do anything without the old owners help. I am stuck driving a car without registration.

When I purchased (7/3/2021) my 2017 Chevrolet ***** the from Bergstrom Buick GMC Cadillac of Green Bay, I had the understanding I had purchased a certified used car from a reputable GM Dealership. The first two years and three months I didnt have any issues but that recently changed last week (10/5/2021) when I had taken my car to their service department for its annual maintenance, oil change, tire replacement and estimate on some rust damage. I reviewed their repair estimate for the rust damage which is over $3500.00. This amount seems outrages for car that is only four years old. I reviewed my GM warranty and the extended warranty I found my car is still covered with GMs corrosion warranty. Bergstrom advised GM wouldn't cover the rust damage since it had been repaired before. This was never disclosed at the time of sale and there is no record of the repair.
