I would not hire again. Over a 4+ month period the work was not completed nor was a refund given.

This customer continually texted me while intoxicated. The texts would appear on my phone at odd hours of the night, and were harassing in nature. I pressure Washed a deck, and patio, cleaned the garage roof, and pressure Washed her house. Only a small section on the back was not completed because of a birds nest with babies. I did not want to get them wet, and have them deserted by the momma. We agreed to wait til they were old enough to fly off on their own. She got a hold of me 5-6 weeks later, and said the baby birds were now gone. I had injured my wrist about a week earlier, and informed her that I was taking time off to heal. Pressure Washing can be very physical in nature, and you need both hands, especially with a professional trailered unit like I own. I let her know that I would get a hold of her once I was completely healed to set a date to clean that small area. Shortly after this the nasty texts started coming from her phone. From the irrational makeup of these texts, and the very late hours they would come, It was clear ***** was drinking, alot. It was harassing behavior, and I told her to stop with all these texts, one after another after another. I was clear I would get there soon, as my wrist getting much better. Her responses to my return texts were not rational. "Yes sirr" and responses like that and the hours when they'd arrive made me conclude she was drinking. I finally said I will refund her for the small part that wasn't completed because of the baby birds, as I felt harassed, and wouldn't work for her at this point. This wasn't sufficient, as she wanted a refund of more than the entire job was bid at. I finally blocked all of her incoming texts after my threats to call the police were ineffective. I have had thousands of good customers over 25 years. Something like this has not happened to me personally before. It was a very odd situation, but I feel I handled it as well as I could have.The refund for the small section by the birds nest is still available to her anytime. My only request is to please call me during business hours. I will accommodate any way I can within reason.Best regards, *** at AAA PROFESSIONAL
