Completely fraudulent ! They will make up fees to get you out of more money im currently sign into a year lease but being harassed about a eviction not to non payment but due to the fact me and my neighbors dont get along ! I read into it and you cant evict someone because of a disagreement with neighbors . I always been harassed. By the company and neighbors defamation of character! I been antagonized by them and false allegations and police reports have been filed on me . This is ridiculous the police literally knocked on my door a few days ago while I sleeps because my pet as chasing its tail ! Could you believe it . Ive receive racism from my neighbors and the company they only hear one side of the story my neighbor then just throw out evictions without even trying to come up with a conclusion. Not fair at all

Currently, this complainant housing a family member who is not authorized to live at this address under the provisions of their lease agreement. This family member is facing battery charges due to an act committed against their downstairs neighbor.This complainant has breached their lease multiple times in the previous year. They are facing eviction due to breach of multiple provisions of their lease agreement.This complainant has issued this negative review in retaliation for our management company enforcing provisions found within their lease agreement. We have been advised by local authorities that this property is in danger of becoming a "nuisance property" due to the multiple police calls resulting from the complainant's actions. I would give this tenant a 1-star rating. If I could give a zero-star rating, I would.Review from roland j

since the took overthe apartment i reside in they have not been around to do any repairs there are outside securty lights needs to be changed the doors locks always stick it is a secured apt there is mold growing outside the front of the building by a tenants window ruesch management did not do nothing about it the raise the at a redculous amount we do live near a railroad track there something needs to be to stop all this they get away with so much they give out eviction notices for dumb reasons they need to care for their tenants than their pockets i would not recommend any one to live until they change their thinking and attitudeReview from Trina C

I rented a property and put in a maintenance request because the roof was leaking. I moved in at the beginning of April. So I’ve lived in the duplex for more than a month with a leaking roof. My kids can’t sleep in the room. When I call maintenance, they advise they are working on it. This company is a slumlord for sure. I want my money back or at least to get out of the lease so I can find a place safe for my children.Review from Philip H

I had an extremely impersonal short lived experience with Ruesch Management. After living in my residence for 15 years the building was sold and turned over to Ruesch. After paying my first month's rent for March 3 days later I receive, along with the other residents, a notice to vacate by 4/30/2022. No phone call or personal contact. Now I understand the new owner had plans for the place but the lack of personal contact and actual human contact to me is unacceptable to me. I found a new place but I went through almost 90 days of unreturned phone calls and unanswered texts trying to secure my security deposit that remained after their so called clean-up deductions. If I had not gotten my attorney involved I never would have got it back. This company has no regard for people and only care about $$$$$$. I wouldn't recommend this clown show to my worst enemy.Ruesch Management Response

We manage properties on behalf of a group of clients and we follow their direction on serving notices to vacate to existing tenants when a property changes ownership. Our contact information is clearly posted on our website. This person was refunded their security deposit less any damages charges and their account with us is closed.
