They continue to say how they aren't going to uphold the agreement. But they are going to hold me financially. Responsible to the agreement, even though they did not make that clear to me. Because I thought that everything was approved in process if they're making an agreement in signing itBusiness response

********* originally signed a lease that allowed two *** animals, one cat and one dog. Upon attempting to validate that both animals were *** animals, the third party vendor we utilize (petscreening.com) requested additional information from *********, as they were unable to determine the status of the animals with the information supplied.
We advised ********* that she is able to move forward with signing a new lease to include a cat as a pet (as well as pay the additional pet fees) but that the complex does not allow dogs, alternatively she can provide the appropriate information so we are able to validate the *** status of the animals to Petscreening.com
She elected to do neither. Per her direction, we are actively sourcing for a new tenant to take her place - but because she does have a signed lease in place, she is accountable for rent and utilities during the time of her lease until a replacement is found. We have been absolutely clear in our communication with her regarding the options, consequences and status.
