The owner of the company was to replace bathroom sink and shower faucet/drain and shower head for a cost of $1000. I made downpayment on 9/15/21 of $250 (invoice number ****). He started the project on 10/6/21. He was not able to get the sink drain put back together. He said he would be back the next day. He didn't show up and has had no further contact with me even though I have made numerous attempts to contact him. I paid him on the 6th ($750, check number ****). I tried calling him and leaving messages on 10/11, 10/13, 10/14, 10/15 , 10/25 and 10/27. I sent him 2 email messages (10/7 and 10/14). I mailed a letter to him on 10/24/21. I finally had another plumber come in and put the sink back together. This was an additional expense to me. I feel there should be some sort of refund for the work he was unable to finish plus the extremely poor customer service. I had also asked for a receipt for the payment made on 10/6/21 and never received that either.
