I purchased laces specifically for a model of shoe, in this case, Jordan **** I followed their website, selecting the shoe, which brings to you the page and suggested laces, of which, I bought 2 pairs. When I received them, neither of them fit in the holes of the shoe. It's obviously not correct on their website. I asked for a refund and return label to send the laces back, but they are refusing to send me a prepaid return label. They said the return cost is on me, as per their policy. Their policy does say that return costs are on the consumer, but not in the case of selling me a bad product. I did not make the mistake here, they did. I should not have to pay the cost to return the product that they improperly sold me. This is just bad business.Customer response
