Called business for cost of 2 235/65/17 tires. $150 pair 7/11/24.7/15/24 stopped in for install. Advised to buy 4 due to uneven wear. Associate said he had a set like new would be $50 more ($350 vs $300) I would need to prepay to "hold" the set. Said I'd need to set up alignment, gave me recommendation, I set up service 7/22/24. 7/20/24 they installed 4 tires around noon. Later that day I noticed a flat tire and that I did not have a st of 4 but 2 pair of different manufacturers. Tried calling business after hours with no voicemail and no email listed on website (later told email was on receipt)Left a review of my experience and called bank to dispute charge. Monday 7/22/24 reached associate at business and asked "what can you do to make this right"? Said he'd check with owner but owner wasn't happy about my review. When he called back Said they'd come change tire. By noon another associate had a different tire on car. Told me there was a set of 4 at a different location I could have installed, that they weren't the size I requested but that "they'd work"Again made clear "boss was not happy about review or me contacting my bank.I chose to go to Tires Plus, not trusting Badger at this point, and had install and alignment that day. 7/22/24.Emails exchanged between myself and owner, ************************* included a refund minus a 15% restock fee, if I continued with bank dispute he would contact police for theft of tires and refer to ******** D.A..I said I'd return tires next morning for a full refund since they didn't install the tires I prepaid for.The next morning 7/24/24 the owner advised me to sell the tires as they would no longer do business with me and not to contact them again.They did not provide a set of 4 tires but charged me more money anyway. Said if I hadn't have gotten a flat that this conversation wouldn't be happening.Then threatened police interaction and refused to "make it right"I am stressed, I have tires in my car and am out 400

I've been a loyal customer of this business for approximately 4/5 years. On February 20th 24 I arrived at the *********** location shortly after 9 am. Soon as I entered the garage some employee starts yelling at me, "what size is your tires!?!" After not getting an immediate response the employee yells "pull in!" Finally I speak up for first time with a troubled innocent look on my face, "Excuse me?" This really upset the huge angry employee! He then looked in my face with a HATRED I've never known! He yell "Pull in!" Pointing at the garage, by this point his finger was shaking and he was consumed with ************** I turned and jumped in my vehicle to escape this angry man filled with hatred (for this act I would be later referred to as a COWARD that type messages from behind my phone by the owner himself since **** ***READ ****** **********)! I went to the **** **** location, and told the employees what happened, so the called the manager which was at the location I had just left. Which he admitted he witnessed his employee's behavior first hand, which I took it as business as usual. There's a particular term that is defined as an ignorant person, that's exactly how this employee talked to me! Yet, he's the one in his 40's laying on concrete twisting bolts! His demeanor, his words aggressive and degrading, and the owner defends this aggressive behavior! I did the cordial thing and left my number for the owner, so we could talk man to man only for him to hide and avoid the situation! The owner didn't care or show no human emotion, for most entrepreneurs are emotionless and only care about drawing money out of the community, but not caring about the members in the community that invest their hard earned money in a producr that many other businesses offer. In conclusion, this employee received that-a-boys from not only his manager but also the owner, for obviously they're against certain groups of people standing over them while they change that tire!

**************, sad to say, no one called anyone a coward. But it is still sad to see you wish to continue needless drama over what is seemingly a misunderstanding of communication. See the below copy/pasted reply to the ****** review!!As said then, and as said now, for some reason, things did not go well, which were explained to you during what sounded like a respectful recorded phone call and recorded camera footage of the event. Should you wish to entertain an adult conversation of this, please email us at *********************************************************** otherwise we will be moving on and continuing to handle customers one by one, day by day. Every situation is never perfect, but we surely have been doing good for a long long time. There is enough hate in the world, more reviews continue the hate trend, working together, brings people together. Thanks "Hello sir - sorry you had some bizarre grief with your return visit. Based on camera footage and discussing with **** the situation was handled as a miscommunication which was explained to you via phone. You pulled up, we asked you to pull in but you didnt hear at first. We try to get folks in and out as fast as possible, which you are likely aware of from prior visits.We are most disappointed and sad that you felt the need to spend time on this review to slander and to fuel hatred by accusing the boys of hatred at first sight, member of a hate group? We have flagged your review as inappropriate as it serves no purpose except to slander people trying to do work as best as they know. We have helped thousands of customers from all walks of life since ****, and apparently doing it very successfully. We will do better and learn from this experience and we hope you do also. Sitting behind your phone and spreading hate does nothing for making something troubling better. We wish you the best. Thanks"
