              I have been a loyal Ray's Tire customer for many years but a recent incident has changed my mind! A miss diagnose by the auto technician and Poor guidance from Bill, the store manager left me $700 lighter in the wallet for a $35 part. Unwilling to apologize for the miss diagnosed speed sensor issue or to even offer a discount on tires left a sour taste in my mouth! Bill, the store manager even found it humorous he cost me $700. He just stared at me with an evil smirk on his face when I confronted him. Not how you treat a customer, especially a long time, loyal customer, like me. Take your vehicle there for repair but be warned, they do not know how to diagnose vehicle issues properly!!Go elsewhere!!
