            I called to ask about their service that is contracted with the State of Wisconsin to take my daughter to medical appointments and the woman that answered was very defensive when I asked questions and hung up on me. I called back and a man stating he was the owner asked what he could help me with. I asked him some of the same questions and he was even more defensive, telling me I have a problem, he was taping my phone call etc. Come to find out, he agreed to contract with Veyo to take my daughter to the appointment but he couldn't provide the service that we need. He was telling me more about what he wasn't/couldn't do than what he was able to do. This is very unacceptable for a healthcare/medical service and its a shame the State of Wisconsin forces us to use carriers like this one, that are not in the business of helping the disabled simply get to a Dr. appointment in a friendly, caring manner. If you have a choice, DO NOT use this service. They do not want to be responsible for the patient and told me as such.

            Although the conversation was unfortunate, this review is not quite transparent. We never provided a service for this person. Our vendor was informed of the phone call and we did file a report of patient behavior. This persons grievance was not substantiated by Veyo.
