I purchased a 2019 Kia Forte EX from Green Bay Auto. They promised me a worry free car however not so much. My car had 30,000 miles on it when purchased. About two weeks after I drove off the lot my check engine light went on.I brought it in to have the code red and it said third cylinder misfire so spark plugs were replaced and the check engine light went off. Last night I was driving on the highway and my motor blew with only 98,000 miles on it. After spending all day on the phone with people at dealerships, and Kia itself as well as 199 ride.comI have found out that my vehicle is a Canadian Kia and the warranty is different so now my original understanding that it has the kia power train warranty which is 10 year 100,000 miles because when I asked about the warranty I was told it was the “original warranty” and declined extended warranty package. However it was never disclose that this vehicle was a Canadian Kia this changing the warranty. *** ******* was extremely rude and did notBusiness response

Kia manufacturer warranty is non transferable, it is void after the 1st owner. Customer purchased vehicle with 30,000 miles on it, currently has 98,000 miles on it. Dealership offered extended service contract, customer declined.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This doesn’t disclose thatbit is a Canadian Kia it just disclosed that someone titles it in Canada.
