      I'm sorry, I made a mistake in the complaint number: ********, which I corrected: I can't use name tags and counterattacks because they cause the game to crash. After I answer this question, you need me to provide a crash report. I specifically use other launchers to get it, but on other launchers I can't inject and the injection crashes. I got a crash report with a direct crash. I sent this crash report, but you ignored it. After my video proof, I was asked for a crash report, but after I sent the crash report, you didn't reply to me.

      In the videos shown you were not using a supported Minecraft version.

      The software requires that you use a supported version.

      Can't you see the loading animation of forge in the video? And I started my problem with the fact that the version that can be injected cannot use the backlash and name tags, and I can't get the crash report, I sent a video, you guys want a crash report, I find the same version injected to provide you. I've been giving as you asked, but how did you and my support staff do it, ignoring my response after I sent the crash report. Anyway, I ask for a refund. And you have been denying the crash report I provided, there is no crash report where the crash came from, I am very dissatisfied with your product, and service. This is my unsatisfactory refund request, please refund.

      Our younger son took our older son's credit card and used it to purchase a monthly subscription from Manthe Industries, without our older son's permission.When we discovered this, we reached out to Manthe Industries and requested that it stop charging our older son's card. I requested this first through my own email account, and the merchant said the request had to come from our younger son's email account as his name was linked with the purchase.Apparently, he had already requested that the merchant stop charging from his own email account, but I had him do it again anyway.However, the charges are still persisting.We have had some email interaction with the merchant, which was cordial. However, the merchant has not honored our request.The charges have taken place April 24 - August 24 of this year (2022) for a total of $49.95. The August charge is still pending.We have also - as of today (8/24/2022) - disputed the charges with our older son's credit card company. Because he has autism, we are acting on his behalf in this matter as his parents and legal guardians.

      I also went ahead and refunded the last two payments (made on August 24th, and July 29th), since the last time the product was used was on July 1st.

      Manthe Industries LLC charged an unauthorized ***** expense to my paypal account. I have no idea how this company obtained my paypal credentials to charge my account.

      We do not have your PayPal account credentials, nor do we have access to your PayPal account in any shape or form.

      When a purchase is made through PayPal, the buyer logs into their PayPal account to complete the transaction - the company(us) that the buyer(you) purchases from never has direct access to your account.

      We certainly did not use your PayPal account to make any purchases, we don't have access to it. What happened was your PayPal account was used as a payment method to make a purchase on our store. 
      If you don't recognize the transaction, it is typically for one of two reasons. Either someone in your household, such as a a family member, used your PayPal account without your consent to make this purchase. Or, an online fraudster or hacker obtained your PayPal account credentials, and used your account to make the purchase.

      In either case, you can dispute the transaction as "unauthorized" through PayPal's resolution center here: https://www.paypal.com/resolutioncenter/
      Or alternatively you can directly contact our support via e-mail at ******************************** where we would be able to simply refund this purchase for you.

      date of initial subscription: February 15th 2021.i ordered a subscription and immediately had issues with it, asked for a refund and a cancellation of the subscription (twice) no refund was given and the company has continued to charge me monthly of **** for 10 consecutive months, can and will provide emails confirming the attempt of a cancellation and refunds.

      As you can see in the attached image the customer separately contacted us on January 13th to cancel their subscription, and the matter was resolved January 15th. The customer was also already refunded on the previous payments made within the last 6 months. Note that direct credit card refunds on payments past 6 months are not possible through our card processor(Authorize.net). If the customer would like us to reimburse these other payments we would need to be provided with a means to manually send money to the customer, i.e. a PayPal or bank transfer details.
