My wife and I were clients since before ************************** took over this clinic. The office has recently chosen to eliminate clients with insurance and currently only accept cash clients as this is more profitable for them. Since he does not wish to deal with insurance, we are seeing a new dentist and most of ************* work has been touched up to improve bite by the new dentist. ************************* chairside manor and client interaction is indifferent often talking to his assistant as if the client isn't present. It has gotten somewhat better over the years but still not client focused. He concentrates on how fast he can complete tasks rather than how well they are completed. This often results in slight mismatch and less than perfect fit. The hygienists at Green Lake Dental are friendly and do acceptable work, but the office staff makes mistakes often. Billing was particularly challenging and reviewing charges was always necessary. They asked clients to overpay and keep a credit balance. While basic dental care can be obtained here there are better more professional choices available. The quality of care and client interaction at our new dentist is significantly better then Green Lake Dental. We now wish we had switched years ago.
