Paul ******* Dimensional Concrete caused a LOT of damage. Took us for a lot of money. Every day needed money for some reason. Not my problem. Didn't show up until late in the day IF he showed up. Cost us several thousand dollars to fix the damage he did. And STILL damage. Other companies said the only way to fix it is to tear out what was put in. Permanent damage done. 26 days we went with no driveway. knocked down neighbors fence and my mailbox. Which I had to pay for. He hired a couple people which were fantastic. However each time Paul hired help - he asked for a couple thousand dollars to pay them. Thankfully those guys did most of the work. They even showed up when Paul did not. Cement truck showed up before Paul did. They had to add water to the concrete. Paul had to do the last 5 feet. Which is all wavy, holes in it. Water pools there now. The stoop was 10.5 inches to house. WAY too high for code. Showed up one night at 10:30PM to work. Never finished and we paid $2K OVER bid when we told him to hit the road. Then he threatened to come and take out what was put in and cause MORE damage. ALL the neighbors complained of the 26 days of dirt, dust and gravel piles in the road. concrete spilled in road and approach, causing water to pool. Had to chizel it out so water would flow. Garage permanantly damaged. He cost us so much money and things still not fixed. No contract. REquested one but never received one. Cash. Every day he wanted cash. My fault for not researching him. Referred by an old neighbor friend. There is a video from TV 58news on him. Watch it before you hire him. Make your own choice but if he does what he did for us, be ready to have backup people to fix the damage. Also had someone show up at my house, drove about 45 miles to collect money owed to him. I don't appreciate people showing up at my house. I have pictures every day. Pictures of the damage.
