            I called to get a quote to have a light replaced in my bathroom. I already had the new light. I was told it would be $179 a little high but ok. I asked for the total again 179 so I paid and sent it up. After it was done I was charged another $140. Thats $324 to replace a light! That I bought! Ive talked to the **************** location who did the work. They said they would escalate it but would not give me a managers name, time frame, nothing. And now that I found this site I see they have done this before. A quote is the total of ALL charges not some of them.

            This is almost a repeat of everyone elses review. I called and was told about a membership that was $99. This allowed me to not be charged a service fee, 10% all work, and a $50 coupon for the first job. Sounds great, right? The work done was good. Technician was fast and completed the job. This was the only good thing. I have now called the company countless times to get the $50 discount for the first job. Every time I call, I get told a different process and how it should have been done. One time, a gentleman told me that I will get $50 refunded within 3 days and that never happened. I called again today, and now they are telling me that the discount was applied already. When asked to provide an itemized receipt, I was told No immediately. I asked for a manager and was told I would get a call right away. I have yet to receive a call. I have now requested a manager 4 times and no one has ever reached out. This company is fraudulent. The people answering phones are outsourced and not even a part of the company. This is a MESS!!
