      Had kitchen and bath done approx a year or so had some concerns such as toilet flush sounds like a fog horn, shower door handles need to be tightened with special tool, and bedroom closet door not sliding properly. Tried calling and emails went unanswered. Small problems don't know what warranty is on these but a response would be nice. It makes you feel like they got there money and that's that. A phone call or email would be nice.

      Some hiccups along the way with our Kitchen Remodel. Some long spans of no communication. We noticed some gaps on the top of the crown molding to the cabinets. some are larger gaps than other cabinets. They will not fix. Our microwave came in (delays - Ordered in Nov 2021 and just came in Feb 2023). Gave the specs to Jeanne and Mike in 2021 of all the appliances we ordered to they could order the cabinets. Cabinet installation done March - May of 2022. Go to install the under the counter microwave and it does not fit. They did not measure correctly. The cut out is too small. Now we have to have a contractor come in to fix their error for $1,280.00. They offered no resolution at all to there incompetent measuring abilities and actually blamed me and my husband because we did not remeasure all the cabinets, appliances when they gave us the plans. Poor customer experience and customer resolution. WDK2 motto is blame the customer. I have s Screen shot of email that stated you did not order the cabinets until after you got the specs. Rep even "ensured they would fit" and you did a "check Measure" to make sure everything was going to fit.

      Thank you for calling this to our attention . Our labor warranty is 12 months . The customer took 15 months to tell us she had a problem with the microwave fitting and the gap in the molding . 15 months earlier she signed off on her cabinet drawings and plans with full approval.Customer also signed off on the sales contract which outlines that we do not sell appliances and are not responsible for modification or accommodation to fit a size after cabinets are ordered . In addition , 15 months earlier the customer never asked us to check the appliance sizing . It was never a concern on her part for the appliances to fit . The customer should have taken the kitchen plans to the appliance store to verify the sizing . With 15 months passing since cabinet installation we recommended she return the wrong size microwave and purchase a similar model that will fit the cabinet opening she approved .

      As I told you previously the Microwave was on backorder and took that long to get in (trust me I did not want to wait over a year, but we picked that microwave to match the rest of the appliances). I informed you the day they came to install that you did not measure correctly. I gave you the specs PRIOR to you ordering the cabinets. You also came out and did a "Check Measure" to "ensure the appliances would fit" PRIOR to ordering the cabinets. I have the emails to prove this. We trusted your measurements and you stated in the email you would ensure they would fit and ordered the cabinets after the 2nd time to came to measure everything. No accountability on your part. Completely blame the customer for your inaccurate measurements and our trust that you know how to measure. NEVER was I told to take the plans to the appliance store.

      We are so happy with our new kitchen! Lisa with her design expertise helped us through the process and was responsive to any questions along the way. Tom and Matt did a great job of installing our cabinets and flooring. Everyone who came into our home to do counter tops, plumbing, dry wall, arrived on time and were kind and courteous. The workmanship was top notch. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Hire We Do Kitchens 2 with confidence. Tom and Barb

      My wife and I just had a full kitchen remodel. What a fantastic job!! Their crew came in and gutted the whole kitchen. We put in ceiling lights, a new fan, new cabinets, counter tops (Granite) new flooring and backsplash. We had brick on the walls. All of that had to be cut out and re-dry walled. Every crew that came in completely knew their job. Very professional. I forgot a new farmer sink too. Usually when you do a project of this size something seems to go wrong. Not this time. We can't say enough about WDK2. Lisa ******* was our designer and was great to work with. She stayed on top of everything from start to finish. We also added a desk area, and my wife finally got a dish washer. Would definitely recommend WDK2. The price was right too! Thank you all so much! Tom and Debbie B.
