I saw ******************* for the first time January 2022. Even after telling the doctor several times that I'm hard of hearing, he still snapped at me and acted like I was stupid and not answering him on purpose.He also came in already geared up and, for whatever reason, cut me off AND when I told him I had been bed ridden, he asked my husband if that were true...he had my MRI results.During the second appointment, after telling him, again, that I can not hear him. He did the same thing. Snapping and repeating himself as I'm trying to figure out if he was talking (mask), and treating me like I was stupid and not answering him on purpose.
