**** this place.This place is a scam and they love to play hide the ball in regards to how much a procedure will cost. As well as barely halfass their procedures. My cat needed teeth extracted and the initial estimate was around $900 but jumped to $1200 all together after the procedure. Yes an estimate is only an estimate at the time and could go up because of unforseen circumstances. That's fine.The issue is that the vet halfassed the procedure and left "questionable teeth" that would eventually need extraction later on. IE more cost more money. All the while my cat is still in pain.A while later get another estimate and this one's for roughly $2000. Mind you this place still has the records from the last procedure so it's NOT like they're just shooting in the dark. After a full exam xrays and blood work. The cost magically jumps to $3300. That's not including teeth that'll need to come out in about a year. IE More cost more money.This shows just how much of a **** business and owner it really is as this was a classic bait and switch. Wait until people are a thousand dollars into the procedure then jack up the total to $3300. Either way they're up one thousand and leverage that to make you pay the whole $3300.My cat can barely eat because most of his teeth are bad and need to be pulled. **THEY KNOW THIS**. Yet they still tried extorting an insane amount of money out of me when my pants were down. They knew NOT getting this surgery for my cat is a death sentence. Instead of doing the right thing and going with the estimate while he's already under anesthesia, they decided it's better to be greedy and extort what they can out of me. Knowing full well without surgery my cat will die.**** you and I cant wait until you're out of ******* business.
