I made a purchase on 1/30/2024 of *** light bulbs, rain visors, a reducer, and an exhaust tip. I was assured by the store manager that the *** bulbs would be a direct replacement for my vehicle headlight bulbs. I returned the bulbs as the information I was given was incorrect/false. The day that I returned the bulbs I was not given receipt of the transaction and was told by store employee that my return would be processed when his boss returned. This did not happen as promised. I have been calling every few days to get answers on when my refund will be completed, I keep getting told that they are working on it., I purchased my items with a credit card.Business response

We have received this claim and have done an investigation to find where the issue has occurred. Unfortunately the newer staff at this location weren't familiar with processing refunds in the system, so the time between the return and the refund were far longer than they should have been. We have retrained the staff on correct processing of refunds and have also confirmed that the refund has been processed at this time. We do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this.Customer response

**** and had my truck lifted - leveled out. Tires still rub my fender *****, been back several times due to a clunking noise in front end and alignment. Finally had to take it elsewhere to get it aligned because they sure couldn't do it and the clunking sound was coming from where they left something loose. I paid them a lot of money to have to take my truck elsewhere to get it fixed and it still isn't fixed like it should of beenInitial Complaint

I made a purchase from Toys for Trucks via ***** The purchase was for a slide-out topper cover. When it was received, it was the wrong size and they agreed to take it back. They told me I would receive a credit back to my account. I hardly ever check my account but decided to do some research to see if the refund had ever been deposited back to my account and to my shock, it had not been. I called this vendor and spoke with them and they said since it had been over 60 days I would have to go through ***** I called **** and they finally found the purchase. It seems I purchased it as a guest instead of logging into my account. Anyway, **** found the purchase and the return and said I should call the vendor back. They keep saying **** is the only one that has a record of the purchase which seems odd. If the vendor would have refunded the money like they said they would do there would never be a problem. As it stands now, **** says they have the returned item and my money and the vendor has refused now to refund my money because it has been more than 60 days. How can they hold onto my money and the returned product? I can get nowhere with them so I want to file this complaint. **** also said I could leave a negative review but wanted to wait and see the results of this claim. There was no **** money-back guarantee on this purchase so I am out so far for the entire purchase.
