I signed up for car wash service in September. I called and texted to cancel my subscription as they did an awful job, the second time I returned. Then I was in an accident in November and was not able to even go to them. Again I called texted and still no response. I called my credit card company to file a complaint and they would not comply. I was finally able to go there today to ask for a refund and end my subscription. The manager was nasty and abusive and told me to get out of there. I was charged for 8 months of no being able to go. They also doubled the price almost immediately.

Car wash has been charging me for washes I never received and never signed up for. I did email them but they have charged me $18.98 on the 6th of each month for at least 6 months. I wonder if they have done this to others. They had me cancel a plan I never sighed up for.I never had this problem with the previous owners. I have been going there for years.I would like my money back. Thank you for any help with this situation.

I have used the **** ********* location numerous times, always purchasing a 1 time wash. On November 20 2023, I did this as usual. It was a different system- required me to punch in my telephone and zip code into the drive-up computer system (vs. just giving the Attendant my card and he ***** it in his booth). Since then, I have not utilized this Car Wash. Two charges of $15.81 have since been auto charged to my debit card (12/18 and 1/18). I tried utilizing the Contact Us website portal x2 around the dates of 12/19 and again 1/21; both receiving some automated responses with no actual resolution. I stopped in and spoke with the West Bend manager. Reports my "membership is now terminated" but he cannot issue me a refund. He reports everyone signs a Membership Agreement, insisting I signed one. I have never seen or signed one-- I asked to see the copy he would have. He checked the file cabinet; "I don't see one for you". Correct- I have never signed up. I asked to speak to another person, he provided me with the Website Portal and explained he will forward the request. I pointed out that I have used the Portal twice, to which he (or someone else) read my requests without regard and nothing was done.Looking at my online bank account; another charge of $18.98 is pending for 2/19 I reached out via ******** Messenger, and received a response to email their "accounts manager". I emailed the above info, again with no response.

I went to FSCW in Wauwatosa, ** for a car wash. I just wanted a basic wash ( just going through the automatic part, no hand drying or extras) and was told it was $12.00. The attendant then asked me, "Would you like to get unlimited for the whole month?" I asked how much that would cost and his response was "$12.00." I took that to mean that the rest of the month plus the wash I was getting that day was included. I later saw on my bank statement that the charge that day was $24.00, not $12.00 and that I was automatically enrolled in a monthly charge of this amount, which I was told absolutely nothing about the day I bought the "month" deal. I'm just glad I noticed it on my bank statement. The program was really not explained at all. All I got was a bar code to put on my windshield. I never would have signed up for this. I have now paid $48.00 for one drive-through wash that I could get for $6.00 a hundred other places. And the hassle of trying to figure out how to cancel this "membership" which I can see from other complaints here is not likely a simple process that can be done at home.

Hello,On June 30, 2023 I purchased a subscription for unlimited car washes at Full Service Car Wash in Hales Corners, WI. On August 19, 2023 I cancelled the subscription. I have documentation in an email to prove this. It was cancelled in person at the business. On August 30, September 30, and October 30, 2023 my ********* credit card was charged $33.75 each time.Per company policy as outlined on their website, "Cancellations must be received at least 5 business days prior to your next billing date, otherwise you will be charged an additional month."After receiving the 1st(September) charge, I contacted by email Full Service Car Wash to dispute the charge. They replied and asked for evidence that I cancelled the service, which I submitted. I never heard back from them after this.I then waited for about a week, and filed a dispute with my credit card company for the charge. I waited for another month, and got charged again. Again, filed a dispute.I eventually stopped by the business to ask for a manager to explain the situation. The manager wasnt there so the workers asked me to write a letter that they would give to the manager. I wrote it very professionally and respectfully with no ill-will. Again, I never heard back.I now have 3 charges on my credit card. I got my car washed only once or twice there from June 30 until I cancelled on August 19.I emailed Citi Card evidence of cancellation from a screen shot of my email. As of now, they marked the one of the disputes "resolved - customer responsible". This makes no sense, so its obvious Citi Card did not investigate the dispute properly. As of December 11, 2023 I am still waiting for this to be resolved. I have also filed a complaint with the ************************************ of the federal government against Citi Card.

I've attempted to cancel my auto-renewing car wash subscription twice (5.10.23 and 6.15.23) now using their online form. ( ************************** ). Timeline detail:April 9 - signed up and charged $52.74 May 9 - 2nd charge of $52.74 May 10th - first attempt to cancel June 9th - 3rd charge of $52.74 June 15th - second attempt to cancel July 8th - 4th charge of $52.74 I have never received any communication from them confirming the cancellation. Their system just charged me again today (7.8.23) for $52.74. I visited their Hales Corners location today (7.8.23) to speak to someone in person about cancellation and a refund. I was told there was nothing he could do and gave me these email accounts ***************** and ********************** as the only way of contacting someone in charge.

I scheduled and paid for a detailing service at Full Service Car Wash. I am a member of their monthly wash club, and it is advertised that members get half off of detailing services. This is stated in 2 confirmation emails that was sent to me from the business. When I arrived for my scheduled service I was charged half price despite showing that I am a monthly wash club member. I was told that the half off discount is only for wash club members who receive the highest level of service. This is not clearly stated on the website, nor in the two confirmation emails sent by the company- simply member price is half off. Despite being a member I was still charged full price. I believe this is a classic case of bait and switch and false advertising, and wish to be refunded what I overpaid for the service that was booked and advertised for.

April 14th, 2022 I pulled into the Grafton **** and ran over a non-secured sign. The sign punctured my passenger side front tire. I filed a incident report with **** and was told by employees they would fully cover any expenses. The car was towed away and rental car acquired while tire was fixed (no spare came with car or exists for model). I submitted the invoice for tire repair and rental during repair. The **** owner ***** refused to pay anything. My expectation is a full refund of cost to repair tire damage, caused by running over the unsecured sign on **** lane AND full refund f rental car while the tire was paid. I am not charging anything for time lost or tow of car.*********************** Fri, May 6, 1:22 PM to me, **** ****************:Thank you for reaching out to ***** regarding the damage allegations to your vehicle. Following the incident where you ran over our sign, we offered to cover the repair (not replacement) of your vehicle tire simply in good faith with the consideration that you are a good customer of ours. We never agreed to replacing the tire, towing the vehicle, or providing you a rental car. Being as you were in the care and custody of your car when you ran over our sign, we cannot accept responsibility for the damage you caused to your vehicle. We are not pursuing damages that you caused to our sign (several hundred dollars worth to replace it) as we understand this was an accident. Since you did not repair your tire, nor communicate to us what services you were having preformed outside of our initial good faith offer, we no longer can help you with the allegation. Seeing as a patch for a tire is roughly $50, I would be willing to offer you a $50 **** gift card to honor our original good faith favor of repairing your tire. Thank you. ***********************, MBA ************************************** Inc.Cell: ************ Email: ******************** Web: www.****.us

I went to this gas station/car wash to get a carwash, after I was drying my car and notice a giant scratch, the attendant was coming over and said oh your car got scratch as well, this is the 4th this happened I was like well are you guys going to fix it and he said no I reported to my manager but he said we are not liable but we will fix the machine as we talked more cars were going through, so they knowingly allowed me and other cars to get scratch instead of shutting the car wash after the first incident that was management negligence that caused a big damaged to my car and other people even if they have a sign the law saids if they knowingly caused damages they are liable.
