If I could give zero stars, I would. The Wauwatosa location is abysmal. Car comes off the line with the rear looking like it hasn't been touched because the person they have prepping cars before the wash can't bother to actually prep the vehicle except to throw soapy water on it. For several weeks now (my last 3 visits) the blower/dryer on the right side of the wash bay has been out. Mgr. is not informing customers of this. Have to spend time drying your vehicle by hand or let it air dry all spotted. When I questioned the Mgr. about why he's not informing customers or having employees hand dry vehicles, he had no response except to say "it should be fixed next week". Guess what, same situation on my next visit along with a vacuum and air hose not functioning. I've twice left messages asking for someone to contact me regarding my concerns with service. No response. I've had enough and canceled my monthly membership and will not return to FSCW. Nobody cares one bit about quality or the customer experience.Review from Robert H

Worst job ever for the price of 52.00. I took my Lexus there for a full service wash and I literally had to show them the dirt they were leaving on my car. The wheel shine was subpar. How can you not see when a tire is half done, shiny on the top and nothing on the bottom of the tires. Oh, did I tell you about the windows? Well, they were half cleaned as well. 52.00 down the drain. I give them one star because they did put water on the car. I will not go there again. ******Review from mike z

BE CAREFUL CAR WASH FSCS (HAS MULTIPLE LOCATIONS!) DONT GET YOUR CAR DETAILED! THEY WILL PUSH YOU TOWARD THE "TRIXTER" .... "SIGN UP FOR THE ALL YOU CAN WASH IN A MONTH" DEAL UP FRONT! WHAT HAPPENS IS, YOU GET THE SMALL DISCOUNT UP FRONT ON A MAJOR DETAILING JOB, BUT , IF YOU ARE LIKE ME, YOU WILL SOON FORGET,,. AND NEVER USE THE MONTHLY BILLING YOU SIGNED UP FOR. (YOU MUST DO A MONTHLY COMMITMENT TO GET THE UP FRONT DETAILING DISCOUNT.) THIS IS THEIR BUSINESS MODEL. THEY LIVE ON THIS TRICKY DEAL WHAT YOU GET IS REVILVING MONTHLY BILLINGS OF $22.00 CHARGES/MO (EVERY MONTH) I LET THEM SLIP THIS CHARGE ONTO MY CHARGE CARD FOR 6 MONTHS !!! IT IS A LOW KEY CHARGE, AND I GET CARWASHES FROM TIME TO TIME. IT SLIPPED ONTO MY CREDIT CARD BEFORE YOU REALIZE WHATS GOING ON. 6 MONTHS LATER THEY WILL ABSOLUTLEY NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY- EVEN THOUGH NEVER USED THE SERVICE. AND JUST TRY TO CANCEL W/O GETTING ONE LAST KICK IN THE N&TS! . you WILL get charged for one additional month before they get around to canceling. IT POLICY . Worst Company ever!! Worst Customer Service ever!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR DETAILS. We paid for a full interior detail service. They didn't vacuum anything, they only cleaned 1 seat out of the 4. Streaks on the windows and no interior detail done.Review from Lola

Received a lebel 2 detailing service package that I paid additional for carpet shampooing from full service car wash last week. THE carpet shampooing was not done thoroughly only spot cleaning where salt was located on the carpet. When I was to get my car I did aware the service technician about my about my carpet not being shampooed which I had paid for he took my car back in for about 10 minutes and then told me my car was ready.All he did was spot cleaned and did not shampoo my carpet completely as it was supposed to be. The mats were dirty and there was whiteresidue left on the carpet from the spot shampooing.Thay same day, I contacted full service car wash and spoke with customer service representative and told her what happened . I also attempted to schedule another shampooing appointment at no charge due do the lack of a full shampooing service not done the firt time. Now they want to charge me for the service because I couldn't bring my car in last week .They are not honoring their guarantee policy. Additionally, the phone CSR, Sharron was very rude and implied I was lying about improper service as well as stating, "your story sounds very fishy " and as a result. a new service could not be rendered and hung up in my face. I would like to be refunded for such inconsistent and rude customer service I received.

I Am and( no longer will be-a) monthly subscriber to this business. I have never in my life been so discounted nor treated so rudely as a customer like today at the west Bend FSCW. The woman whom Ive never seen before was argumentative with my every question to services she said they didnt do but Ive paid my $7.36 for an add on for wax and under flush for over a year now. Then she told me I was insulting. How could I be insulting if I couldnt get a word in? She refused to just wash my car. I already paid for each month. Next, demanded I back up and go thru the snow bank. I couldnt back up without hitting their blue ***** or sign as I was aligned to move into car wash. She just kept yelling at me and kept telling me to leave. All the while I told her I cant get a word in. I was told I was on camera so I talked into camera! Another customer assisted me to back up after (SEVERAL TRIES) I then got stuck in the snow bank! I said just let me go thru she said no so I was trapped! I was shaking by now very upset but not insulting to this extremely unreasonable person. I told her I didnt insult her she said I did! She called the police as I was trapped and stuck! Thank the Lord for the innocent lady who helped me. I would still be stuck there trapped trying to get out.I then called the police myself. I have never been treated so terribly. This isnt right! This business has lost me as a customer and I will tell as many people as I can to NEVER GO HERE. i am sad and in shock to have been so insulted.Customer Response

This was January 9, 2022 . I pay for the family membership. Have always added on services as I was told were Part of the membership perks they offer to be a monthly patron.
