We were frantic when our well water holding tank sprung a huge leak. We noticed it first thing in the morning. It was spraying water against a wall. I called C&C Pumps and they responded immediately. They came out and replaced the tank as well as needed pipes. We were back up and running by 2:30 the same day. Tom and Colin were very competent, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future. **** ******

We were selling our house June 2020. I hired Sunset septic services from Waukesha to inspect the septic & they sent Colin from C&C pumps to inspect the well and test the water. He said that there were two things wrong with the well pump tank – the faucet that connects to the well tank & the wrong type of hose that runs from the well tank to water pipe. my husband said fix them. The well water also didn’t pass. I called & told him to come & chlorinate the well when he came to fix the two things on the tank plumbing. he didn’t show up on time. I had to call & ask if he was still coming & left a message. He called & said he was stuck on another job but he would come & chlorinate the well. He came and chlorinated the well. We made another appointment for him to fix the well tank plumbing items. He fixed the two items that had to be replaced. That day after he left we took a shower. The water pressure was horrible. We couldn’t even run the sprinkler on our garden. It wasn’t like that before he worked on the well tank. I had to call him to come fix it. He came and changed to air pressure in the tank. It was good after that. But he said that a piece of pipe was probably clogged with dirt and pointed to the piece he put on. My husband said “You put that on.” Colin said “no that was there.” He was arguing with my husband. My husband told him to leave. Colin said in a threatening manner he gave us $300 work for free and he shouldn’t have passed the tank because he said it was full of sediment. My husband told him to leave again. Colin lied right to my husband’s face when he said he didn’t replace that piece of pipe. What Colin did not know was that we had actually taken a picture of the well tank plumbing before he did the work as we do for all of the repairs around the house. Yes, Colin did replace the pipe piece in question. He had to in order to fix what he had to fix. Beware of his poor workmanship, lies and threats.
