      When I redid my kitchen about 10 years ago I installed a Broan -Nu Tone range hood in biscuit color. Three years ago I noticed the paint was coming off from the front edges. Now the paint is bubbling and really coming off. My previous range hood lasted almost 40 years without problems. When I contacted the company I was told that this is not an usual problem and they could not help. Something was originally wrong with the paint application on this hood. I should not have to incur the expense of removal, repurchase and reinstallation of a new hood. This unit works fine but looks terrible as the paint continues to come off. There is o accountability from the company.

      I purchased this hood about six months ago, a month later the filter cracked in half ended up purchasing a replacement thinking it got damaged during transport. Half a month later the motor and fan stopped working, after making sure it was not an outlet issue I called Broan. After a little back and forth and them checking the measurements the rep. stated the new hood (same size and color, different model since mine is no longer sold by them) would be shipped within a week. It has been 5 months and I have yet to see my replacement! Where is my replacement?

      I purchased a Broan LED wireless exhaust fan and have had several failures over the past several months, the company has replaced some parts but they continue to fail. There is a flaw in their design and I had requested my money returned ($150) and a non-faulty LED exhaust fan that fits in the same hole as the faulty unit, on October 5th (problem has been going on since June/July). I have covered labor to install the unit, replacement parts multiple times and at this time it is clear the unit and components are flawed (based upon my experience and the many negative press online regarding the unit.I have several emails showing the past communications with the company if needed, but they should have the same emails on file.

Per the customer's request, we did offer at no-charge a new fan of the customer's choosing as well as offered to reimburse him $149.00 for his out of pocket expense.
