      To whom it may concern.

I want everyone to understand this complaint comes from a customer of ours that we have worked with for over 10 years without incident. In general, we do regular maintenance for them like oil changes and recommend proper service to extend the life of their vehicle, mostly they decline much needed repairs until they break.

I have attached the last 3 invoices that pertain to the complaint, and they start with the vehicle being towed in.

1.5.23 The original diagnose was for intermittent dash lights flickering, traction control, ABS lights and car not starting. On arrival our techs could not even drive the vehicle to duplicate the customers concerns because the car was so low on oil it prevented it from running. After topping off the oil with 3 quarts, we then added over a gallon of antifreeze to the cooling system and bled it. After charging the low battery we were able to get the vehicle running and driving but could not duplicate the customers concerns. We advised them of the *** & TPMS light and how it needed an oil change, and the brakes were low. Customer declined all advised services.
2.08.23 Customer dropped car off for brake fluid leak. Technicians diagnosed issue and after waiting 2 weeks it was approved by customer for repairs. Customer denied repairing coolant leak and front brakes.
2.24.23 Customer called and said that her brakes felt soft, and she noticed a yellow spot in the snow behind her car when she went out to shovel. She said her husband checked the reservoir and there was no fluid in it.  We communicated by phone and text messages to bring the car in on 3/1/23. On 3/1/23 Husband **** called and said the brake issue resolved itself but there was still an electrical issue, and the front tire had a leak. He made an appointment for 3/6/23.Then never showed up for that appointment.

We have always been transparent with our guests, and weve always let them know what needs to be fixed now, what can wait, and whats preventative maintenance. If they have a concern or problem with the work performed we stand behind it 100%.
We reached out to this customer several times via phone and text to try to resolve this issue to no avail.
At this time we would still love to have them back and remedy any concern they may have.

      Regards,
