Jerry is very knowledgeable and experienced in basement construction and repair. From the first call, through the inspection and repair, Jerry was prompt, courteous and explained the process in easy to understand terms. I highly recommend Jerry to solve anyone's leaky basement walls. Within 24 hours of the repair wee had a substantial rain that would have normally caused a leak. Not a drop of water was in the basement!

Provided a fair quote after initial visit, worked with our schedule for the repair, and completed all work as quoted. NEW Waterproofing is a great company!!! Very nice people! Very professional, very punctual and easy to work with through emails, texts, and phone calls. They did a great job in the basement!! Jerry did an awesome job. He was super friendly. He overall knew a lot. He was able to help us with our initial leak but also helped us understand other ways we can prevent additional leaks in the future.
